To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

菜单看上去很多都想吃，【槟城亚参叻沙米线】虽然不错吃，第一次吃这种风格的喇沙也不失为一种有趣的体验，但太咸太辣对我来说太重口·做的不是香港常见的咖喱椰奶喇沙，而是以鱼汤鱼蓉为主、酸辣为味型基调的亚参喇沙，汤头看着善良，结果被辣得一把鼻涕一把泪·罗望子和亚参果片是引发酸味的源泉，不同于咖喱喇沙的海鲜，这一份的配料里还有菠萝，卖相有种街头摊档的随性，把米线换成了掺掺，份量太足加上米粉吸汤膨胀，实在是吃不完·菜品挺丰富的，性价比也可（现金only），环境很南洋风，周末需要排队，看到很多佣人姐姐也来吃，想必味道还是挺正的吧
