有朋自遠方來,當然要招呼一下,當然亦要請佢食飯洗塵,灣仔中華小館是一間得奬的粵菜餐館,裝潢以中式格調為主,高高的樓底令視覺開揚,得奬菜式更是每檯必叫。前菜滷雞腳,雞腳入味爽口。紫砂功夫燉湯(位上):燉蟲草花,用精緻嘅紫砂茶壺上,自斟自飲份外覺得名貴,燉湯鮮甜,蟲草花爽口,是一款提升抵抗力,而且對呼吸度氣管疾病尤其有幫助的滋補湯水。芝麻鹽焗雞是餐館嘅招牌菜之一,即叫即做,皮脆肉嫩,雞皮上沾滿芝麻,增添香口。奶油蝦配手抓餅:奶油醬汁有咖喱香味,奶味比較出,厚肉又大隻嘅虎蝦爽口彈牙,手抓餅沾滿醬汁非常美味!啫啫唐生菜用瓦煲上,內有唐生菜、肉碎、蝦乾和蝦醬等,店員將材料攪拌均勻,熱辣辣又香噴噴,唐生菜爽脆惹味。木糖漿水蜜桃香甜爽脆。雪耳紅棗龍眼肉糖水係餐館奉送的飯後甜品,清爽滋潤。
