與老友聚一聚,到灣仔食個晏,但就想搵個靜靜哋嘅地方方便傾偈,左搵右搵就揀嚟灣仔嘅「中華小館」,嘆吓高質素嘅中菜。踏進餐廳,環境確喺幾古雅清幽,牆上掛起啲鄉間油畫,帶出一份文化氣息,加上樓底有番一定高,感覺予人舒服閒適。唔好以為睇落唔大,其實仲有閣樓,不過,小弟就無上去探個究竟!午市商務套餐,分2、4、6、8、12人,都幾有彈性,而我哋所揀嘅2人套餐包咗滋潤燉湯、燒味雙拼、燒汁班頭腩、翡翠帶子蝦仁、蒜蓉炒菜苗,敬送絲苗白飯及精美甜品,定價$468,另收茶錢$15位及加一服務費,佢哋啲服務幾唔錯,侍應亦好有禮貌。滋潤燉湯初頭以為都喺慣常見到一盅盅嘅燉湯,嚟到喺以紫砂功夫茶壺盛載,非常別緻。打開撈一撈,有雞肉、赤肉、海底椰、金華火腿、螺頭……等等,呷一口,個湯味道濃郁,好夠火喉,而且,好潤喉,飲落非常舒服,此外,啲湯料都幾好食,唔會無晒味。再者,個紫砂壺好保溫,去到中段都仲喺好夠熱。燒味雙拼燒味喺店家嘅招牌嘢,啲套餐自然會包咗,最好喺雙拼,可以試到兩款燒味嘛!先試試蜜汁厚切叉燒王,喺店家嘅得獎之作,入口果然喺超鬆化,8分瘦2分肥,蜜香中帶少少油脂香,最正喺有少少燶邊位。脆皮燒腩仔亦都好正,外皮堅喺卜卜脆,而肉質比預期瘦,無乜肥膏,口感卻非常鬆化,更醃得啱啱好,無過鹹嘅弊病,沾上少少芥辣,極具風味。燒汁班頭腩套餐包咗3款小菜,款款都做出高水準,先分享呢道班頭腩,啲班腩酥炸過,所以,先入口外層頗為脆口,而肉質保持好嫩滑,極具魚鮮味,再者,以燒汁、薑蔥爆炒,甚為惹味。翡翠炒帶子蝦仁一道濃香嘅,跟住呢一道就清清哋,翡翠用上西芹炒得清爽,而帶子、蝦仁都好大隻,兩者都好爽口彈牙,可以講喺鮮味十足。蒜蓉炒菜苗菜苗用上白菜仔苗,炒得恰到好處,一來炒到仲有份爽脆口感,唔會過腍,二來食落好有鑊氣感,加上滿滿蒜香味,簡簡單單嘅炒菜都食得出用心。精選甜品初頭真喺無期望喺咩甜品,以為都喺紅豆沙之類,然而,上到枱原本喺一碗雪耳紅棗桂圓茶,可以講既滋補,又清潤,入口唔算好甜,但食落真喺好舒服。想食精緻嘅粵菜,嚟「中華小館」確喺唔錯,食得出用心製作,用料上乘,環境又幾舒服Read More

前几天经好朋友介绍去这间饭店吃晚饭。获安排去一楼雅座;一般港式坐位较挤,但其他客人都是比较斯文,可以接受。带了一瓶香檳及一瓶拧蓋紅酒,免得侍应麻烦要找开瓶器,结果结帐吋那位自称什么小姐的侍应说要收二百元开瓶费(预早告诉你了),也是老板的指令。这就是香港人开的食肆,賺到底。你不再来是你的问题,不是我。精明的消费者,自己想想会否去?我不会!Read More
