自從喺日本試過「一丼兩食」嘅丼飯食法之後,番到香港成日都想再食,於是就上網搵左間再試下。位於東涌東薈城嘅日本橋海鮮丼,佢地嘅海鮮丼有啲唔同,並非只將魚生一片片鋪喺面,而係會將唔同海鮮切碎再混合一齊,咁樣觀感、口感同埋味道上都會有唔同嘅層次,都幾特別☺️加上丼飯食到剩番1/3,就可以叫店員幫忙加入鯛魚高湯,變左鮮味更加重嘅湯漬飯,又再多左一個層次🤤所以真係令我回味無窮🥰今次難得入到東涌食飯,就直接叫左個特上海鮮丼,睇餐牌見到砌到一座山咁,好吸引眼球😂特別想講海膽同鮭魚子真係好鮮甜味道好出;加鯛魚高湯嘅時候,會加埋柚子皮,同魚生丼飯嘅味道撞埋一齊又好有新鮮感,好特別🥰而友人叫左豪華海鮮丼,佢就鍾意搭配胡麻醬嘅油甘魚刺身兩種食法,加入左鯛魚高湯之後嘅口感同味道都好唔同,食丼飯都有唔同變化係令我地最讚歎嘅地方😆
