和朋友在亞博睇完show後來東薈城搵食,被つじ半的餐牌所吸引,見店內裝潢企理舒適,加上餐點價錢不太貴,便決定在這吃晚飯。我倆點的都是海膽帆立貝鮭魚子丼,餐點送上桌時,見賣相都不錯,切開的帆立貝大約有2-3粒,海膽色澤鮮,不會太暗色。三文魚子雖不至於好漲卜卜,但份量尚算可以。雖然三款刺身的賣相可以,但整體欠奉鮮甜度,海膽略為好一點點,味鮮不腥。帆立貝軟嫩,口味偏淡。三文魚子沒有那種甘香的魚油香。而且丼飯的溫暖程度算是偏熱,令刺身都帶點餘溫。雖然價錢不至於太貴,但這個價錢可以吃到更好吃的海鮮丼,而且在其他店可以包前菜、茶碗蒸及味增湯了。

我倆點的都是海膽帆立貝鮭魚子丼,餐點送上桌時,見賣相都不錯,切開的帆立貝大約有2-3粒,海膽色澤鮮,不會太暗色。三文魚子雖不至於好漲卜卜,但份量尚算可以。雖然三款刺身的賣相可以,但整體欠奉鮮甜度,海膽略為好一點點,味鮮不腥。帆立貝軟嫩,口味偏淡。三文魚子沒有那種甘香的魚油香。而且丼飯的溫暖程度算是偏熱,令刺身都帶點餘溫。

過江龍?給本地人敗了!3色魚生飯(海膽、三文魚子、帆立貝)竟然冇一樣對辦!海膽乾唔Creamy 完全冇甜味!帆立貝質感偏硬完全冇甜味,三文魚子細粒與平時正常的不一樣!竟然還有比海鮮還差的,竟然是飯底!魚生飯底竟然是全熱出來,把魚生放在上面,食落口完全冇醋味,還要偏硬!問個侍應,他說他們不會落醋的!我想應該是為了他另的招牌菜魚生飯兩食而設(食完魚生,再用鯛魚湯泡飯)。但我們的是普通魚生飯吧!我真想知道日本是否也是這種質素,從未食過這麼差的魚生飯,完全吃不下!不是賣得平就可比如此質素客人,丼x屋那些價錢比你還便宜,質素比你好很多!
