To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幫襯過蘇媽好多次,每次都會嚟幫襯佢嘅一字骨肉骨茶,甲為真係好鍾意佢嗰種豐富嘅藥材香氣!今次嚟試下新嘢。招牌沙煲老鼠粉上桌時仍沸騰冒煙,以黑醬油炒製的老鼠粉十分Q彈,拌入半熟蛋、肉碎,魚仔,炸蒜及蔥油,鑊氣與蛋汁煎中濃郁醬香,底部粉焦脆片完全係精華!另一道高佬麵搭配煎至脆卜卜的雞扒,外脆內嫩且醃得入味,沾上沙茶醬更添辛香層次。馬拉小食拼盤幾有驚喜,有燒雞串,燒豬串,咖哩角,咖哩酥,肉卷,最鍾意係有好多嘅蝦片!又飽肚又香脆!甜品整返個椰香咖央多士,多士烘得酥脆如餅乾,夾心椰汁咖央醬厚實綿密,充滿斑蘭香氣!配埋美祿暴龍超級正,杯底係特濃美祿,面頭係美祿粉同美祿波波,再加咗球椰子雪糕,罪惡感與滿足感爆登。
