To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋一行三人7:30先攞位,平日夜晚都好多人幫襯,我哋要等15張枱度,等左20分鐘,就入到座五個餸辣椒大蜆:$128,食完數原來有14粒蜆左右,沒食到沙粒係蜆裏頭,辣椒醬夠辣,蜆肉都大粒馬拉沙嗲串燒(雞肉:$45有三串,雞肉肉質ok,唔會好硬身椰香咖央多士:$26,不過不失,食落去仲有啲斑蘭同椰香味玻璃魷魚配通菜:$48,落order嗰陣職員幫我辣椒醬另上,魷魚爽口,沒腥味,通菜煮得比較軟身檳城亞參叻沙米線:$52,個湯汁雖然酸酸辣辣,但唔會話太辣,加埋米線份量足夠,係我咁多個野食入邊我最鍾意嘅飲品方面:叫咗檸檬薏米水,冬瓜龍眼茶,桔仔話梅水三杯嘢飲ok
