Dinner Set for 2 (699hkd@2)昆布鯛魚沙律配檸檬醬魚肉彈牙緊實,幾鮮味,加上沙律菜🥗酸酸甜甜,作為開胃菜一流野菌忌廉湯菇🍄味非常濃郁,應該落了不少菇菌打碎煮成,質地偏杰身,好creamy藍青口扁意粉明顯的酒香味,加入咗香草和洋蔥煮個汁,清爽得嚟幾鮮甜,mussel處理得好乾淨,和白酒配搭得宜三黃雞釀野菌卷雞肉緊實,夾埋少少油脂位更加油潤,配合菇和奶油非常出色,薯蓉超綿密,細節位都有照顧到,好認真~紅館薑母鴨完全無鴨臊味,淡淡薑母鴨的醬香,肉質juicy嫩滑不鞋口,配上碟邊的特調醬汁,甘甘甜甜增加層次,減低油膩感,小清新~士多啤梨拿破崙拿破崙皮酥脆,陣陣牛油香,與士多啤梨🍓互相平衡鮮果芝士撻有原塊金箔,輕奢華的感覺,作點綴效果,芝士內餡香濃爆漿~#foodiblum西式
