紅館姜母鴨
這姜母鴨製作得十分出色!大大隻鴨腿熱辣辣,皮脆肉嫩。皮下有一層薄薄的油脂,咬一口,鴨香味四溢,有難以言喻的美味。

低溫慢煮雞胸扁意麵配冬陰功醬汁
這意粉軟硬度適中,每條意粉都滲透冬陰功香味,而且雞胸軟腍,有難以言喻的美味。

前菜
澳洲M8和牛他他 (+$28)
這道生牛肉料理,十分新鮮,牛肉軟腍,再加上酸黃瓜為配料,十分醒胃。

香草魚茸薯仔沙律配檸檬醬

見好多comment 都話唔錯,仲要開係中環咁既地方,都對餐廳有啲期望。但可惜,食第一道菜就突然明白點解要做promo….. 因為真係無樣菜係談得上合格。前菜個牛肉他他塊面包硬到不得了,他他既調味係淡、少腥。個蘑菇湯係有啲蘑菇香味,但口感好水好淡。加百幾蚊換咗塊鞋到不得了既肉眼排。兩道意粉叫做無咩特別差,但係非常普通嘅意粉,無論調味用料都係完全唔值。甜品都係非常普通。餐後茶亦係淡而無味。侍應十分心急,收碟速度非常之趕急,亦都心急到差啲倒瀉野。環境細細,回音大,頗為嘈雜。
