今日放假,當然要嘆一嘆, 約了老公去食廚師發辦(Omakase),中午時份都可以享受下。 這次我享用了11件壽司加上一件手卷,每一件壽司都展示了廚師的細膩刀工和對食材的用心挑選。 左口魚壽司配炒香烏魚子:左口魚鮮嫩可口,搭配香脆的烏魚子,味道豐富。真鯛配柚子皮:真鯛魚肉細緻,搭配微甜的柚子皮,增加了清爽的口感。墨魚:墨魚質地彈牙,嚼勁十足。深海池魚:深海池魚肉質細嫩,味道鮮美。帆立貝:帆立貝鮮甜多汁,口感豐富。三文魚子:三文魚子口感圓潤,爆裂在口中,鮮味十足。赤海膽:我的最愛,赤海膽甘甜滑順,入口即化。粒貝:粒貝鮮嫩,口感豐富。備長炭燒鰆魚:鰆魚經炭燒後香氣四溢,配上Wasabi醬油漬更添風味。煙燻鰤魚:鰤魚經煙燻後味道濃郁,魚肉細緻。燒拖羅根:拖羅根烤得恰到好處,油脂豐富,入口即化。 拖羅蓉手卷:拖羅蓉滑順,配上海苔和米飯,味道絕佳。 日式蒸蛋: 一間好的日式餐廳,最重要看它的日式蒸蛋 。蒸蛋上放了魚干和櫻花蝦,增添了層次感,口感細滑,風味獨特,十分滿意。 海鮮味噌湯:湯底濃郁,蜆肉新鮮,配上味噌的香氣,暖心暖胃,是這頓料理的完美結尾。
