餐廳位置絕佳,就在銅鑼灣的時代廣場對面的利舞台,逛完街去吃飯真的超方便~玫瑰堂煌~是茶介裡可選的項目之一,比較特別,比較少喝到,玫瑰的香味也非常香濃,花的香氣還令人很放鬆,喝起來舒服~北京烤填鴨~很多鴨肉,不太肥,配料也多,麵皮也夠,每片可夾上2到3片鴨肉,而附上一小碟的一口酥,脆香口感更是超級美味,沾糖吃後更可口~開水白菜~上湯都充滿金華火腿的鹹香味道,令白菜都吸收了上湯的精華,味道變得很吸引~高湯嫩雞湯麵~濃濃的鮮雞味道,還有很多菜粒,小朋友或老人家吃最一流~

好耐之前都食過古琴雅苑覺得好唔錯,尤其是北京填鴨,所以就再次encore再食過!😆烤北京填鴨半隻同以往一樣都燒得好好食,仲要有一卷份量都好足夠嘅鴨卷餅!配上哈密瓜青瓜,仲有其他醬料,最正係可以配料無限任添加!🎊🎊蟹粉撈麵份量都幾足夠,兩個人食都夠晒呀~~蟹粉嘅份量都唔錯㗎!撈落去同個面都幾夾!南翔小籠包估唔到好耐冇去食,依家最鍾意竟然變咗小籠包🤣🤣小籠包裏面好多汁啊😍蒸得啱啱好😛😛仲要係小籠包底有紅蘿蔔~費事黐住咗個底~所以個底好完整啊!真係好貼心呀!
