最近我食到我嘅人生牛扒🥩,真係好食到唔知點形容!講佢係全香港至正嘅乾式熟成牛扒,一啲都唔過分。店員對牛扒嘅講解仲好認真,今次真係學到好多關於牛肉嘅知識。
🌟【環境篇】🌟 一入到Steak Art,就會俾佢舒適又低調嘅氣氛包圍。透過大玻璃窗,望到北角海濱嘅靚景,真係好寫意啊!
🥩【牛肉篇】🥩 Steak Art對待牛肉真係唔係講笑,佢哋個熟成櫃價值超過六位數!仲要24小時保持住2度同86%濕度,咁先可以令到牛肉自然風乾,酵素爆發,最後變到超級嫩滑,風味十足,每一啖都係juicy到爆!
👨‍🍳【大廚篇】👨‍🍳 佢哋嘅大廚仲犀利,有超過30年熟成牛肉嘅經驗,控制火候準到冇得頂,保證每塊牛扒都係完美熟成,口感一流!

每晚的沙律、薯條醬汁、餐湯都會唔同 🍄‍🟫 是日餐湯:雜菌蘑菇湯加蟹肉,蟹肉係後加上去嘅,唔食蟹肉嘅朋友可以唔加。蘑菇湯味道濃厚。
🥗 沙律:沙律上面有自家整嘅芝麻餅,有時會轉三文魚或者Parma Ham。芝麻餅好重芝麻味,沙律有蘋果、提子乾、花生同生菜。🍟 薯條係黑松露味,炸到啱啱好,好香口。

🥚 焦糖鵝肝燉蛋:味道好特別,焦糖燉蛋甜甜地,仲有陣陣鵝肝味。呢個係廚師精心研製嘅菜式,真係一流!
🍞 帶子紅菜頭蘋果多士:多士上面有帶子紅菜頭蘋果醬,仲有用魚子醬點綴,真係好奢華,食落口好滿足。

🥩 澳洲昆士蘭M6和牛-外群肉(300g) $488:呢個係牛肚腩位,肉質腍滑,牛味濃郁,真係好正!
🦐 香煎西班牙紅蝦、帶子配龍蝦汁扁意粉 $438:有兩大隻紅蝦,煎到啱啱好,意粉配埋龍蝦汁,鮮味十足。

一直都好想試呢間喺北角匯出面嘅扒房😍今日終於有機會Happy Friday🥰建議大家一定要預先預約因為Walk-in 隨時都要等電話🥹一入去已經見到好大個雪櫃待應仲不時都會喺入面攞啲扒出嚟介紹😍沙律有巴馬火腿😍呢個沙律做得剛剛好,一開始擔心嗰啲係芝士原來係蛋白,沙律醬份量都足夠🥰仲有任加薯條🥰薯條唔使講當然係熱辣辣同埋份量都好夠,建議細食嘅人真係要忍忍口🥹因為唔覺唔覺食多咗就留唔到肚食牛扒😆跟住仲有呢個鵝肝燉蛋十分有驚喜🥹就算怕鵝肝腥味嘅人都可以一試😍估唔到鵝肝同燉蛋咁夾配埋個多士唔覺就好快食哂成個🥰 唔夠嘅記得係可以免費添✨前菜仲有呢個多士成個配搭加埋鵝肝都好新鮮同花心機🥹賣相味道都十分出色✨食咗咁多嘢之後仲有湯😍呢個南瓜湯仲有好多蟹肉足料之餘亦整得十分到位☺️終於到呢個牛肉眼扒🥩呢個熟成牛扒真係唔可以睇少用特定方式製作食得出質感的確係唔同啲食落肉質嫩,十分容易入口🥰幸福感即時大大提升🆙我哋最後仲叫埋燒春雞🐓一樣咁好味😍雞調味啱啱好,即使係雞胸都唔會韌仲有心思整埋大蒜☺️ 真係冇得挑剔食完真係大滿足😍 服務食物都好高質有機會留定個肚再嚟食🥰 continue reading
