最近有朋友去完北角匯試咗間法國米芝蓮介一星嘅西餐廳話好正🤤,今日同老公嚟開北角就去試試先。 餐廳以大雲石裝修,低調高貴,令人可以喺舒適嘅環境下用餐。店內設有室內和露天座位,露天座位可以飽覽維港景色,不過可惜當日露天位已經滿座。 我哋揀咗兩個set dinner,每個set有1個starter、1個main course、1杯餐茶☕️,另外可以加$58有個是日精選甜品🍰。 餐包配咗自家製嘅銀魚柳蛋黃醬,點埋一齊食都好夾。 頭盤方面揀咗法式白酒煮青口,青口係法國新鮮藍青口,口感柔軟,配合洋葱同蒜蓉嘅香味,份外鮮甜,湯底吸收晒青口同洋葱嘅鮮味,味道更為提升,連平時唔係特別鍾意食青口嘅老公都讚不絕口! 忌廉磨菇湯:職員即場將湯壺倒落碗,感覺更高級。忌廉湯味道香濃,陣陣磨菇香。 香烤肉眼扒配薯蓉及小甘筍:叫咗七成熟,表面焦香,肉味香濃有炭燒味,咬落去嫩滑多汁,薯蓉非常香滑,入口柔軟。 慢煮西班牙豬鞍配洋蔥及薯蓉:豬鞍表面煎香,咬落去有微焦嘅感覺,肉質非常嫩滑。薯蓉好香好滑,食落好似泡沫咁。 continue reading

海景何價?喺北角匯,有間西餐廳叫Briketenia,最近改名為Brikete Bistro,主打偏親民嘅法國菜。餐廳有海景,更可以坐室外,而室內嘅環境都唔錯。今晚食嘅set dinner,包括頭盤主菜都有多款選擇,最平$258就得,性價比高。當然亦可以叫矜貴嘅日本A5和牛,則要$638。要注意餐廳會定期更新款式同優惠。銀魚柳蛋黃醬麵包呢個唔係普通麵包,銀魚柳蛋黃醬除咗提供蛋黃味,最重要係佢嘅酸度,令麵包好食好多。法式白酒煮青口青口大隻鮮甜,最重要係唔腥,醬汁除咗白酒其實有一定嘅蒜蓉味,好惹味。法式鵝肝焦糖燉蛋配田園沙律(+$48)喺鵝肝醬嘅上面鋪咗一層焦糖燉蛋,呢個係有功架嘅菜式,襯脆脆嘅多士,相當滋味。香煎海鱸魚伴蜆肉忌廉汁 (set $388)海鱸魚有兩大塊,魚肉質感幼滑,新鮮,忌廉汁亦係主角之一。另外佢有薯蓉墊底,唔驚食唔飽。蟹肉扁意粉配龍蝦汁 ($268)好多人唔知,襯蟹肉最好嘅意粉類別其實係扁意粉。我比較欣賞佢嘅龍蝦汁唔會特登做到好強,唔會冚過晒成道菜嘅味道。咖啡或茶嚟呢度對住個海景,配上呢度嘅柔和音樂。一晚,其實可以過得好快… continue reading

呢度嘅食物真係令人驚喜😍,特別係佢哋嘅前菜同主菜。首先,餐前包有佢哋自家製嘅銀雪魚蛋黃醬,搭配脆邊法包。法包外脆內軟,配上酸甜嘅蛋黃醬,真係好開胃🤤接住來,仲有法式燉蛋鵝肝多士。呢個菜式真係好特別,肝醬同燉蛋混合得恰到好處,表面仲有一層焦糖焦脆,咬落去既香滑又有層次感,搭配脆多士,實在係一個完美嘅配搭😋。每一口都令人回味無窮😆。前菜再點左個法式白酒煮青口,青口嘅質地滑嫩鮮甜。每一口鮮甜得黎搭配白酒嘅香氣,真係好正👍🏻。主菜方面,點咗龍蝦意粉同慢煮西班牙豬鞍。龍蝦意粉🦞真係好誇張,龍蝦肉足料到😍,肉質juicy又掛汁,龍蝦汁濃稠得令人陶醉🤣。每一口都充滿咗鮮味,令人忍唔住多食幾口🍝。✨慢煮西班牙豬鞍就更加令人滿意,肉質保留住咗豐富嘅肉汁,咬落去軟嫩又入味,真係好滿足。搭配啲配菜,薯蓉口感綿密,更加提升咗整體嘅味道。如果你想試下高質嘅法菜,呢度絕對值得一試!👍🏻 continue reading
