Steak ART推出左前菜無限追加嘅三道菜晚餐,沙律、薯條、湯可以無限任食,主菜選擇都唔少除左牛扒仲有意粉選擇。餐廳主打乾式熟成牛扒,咁當然要試試乾式熟成M9和牛肉眼扒,經過3 0日熟成嘅肉眼扒肉味相當濃郁,油脂亦富豐,五成熟火喉剛好肉質鮮嫩。另一款紅蝦帶子龍蝦汁扁意粉都相當吸引,扁意粉沾滿龍蝦汁加上紅蝦蝦膏更加鮮味,帶子火喉剛好口感腍嫰,只係紅蝦略為煎得熟左少少。除左前菜任食仲有頭盤享用,鵝肝燉蛋上面燒左一層焦香嘅焦糖,鵝肝燉蛋咸咸香香加上焦糖脆面,咸甜交集味道都幾特別,仲有蟹肉牛油果多士配魚子醬鮮味又清新。如果淨係想食牛扒可以選擇二人餐,咁就可以一次過試哂30日乾式熟成牛扒、M9和牛同埋美國牛側腹!

佢Dinner set大約$438-$580有個牛扒,頭盤任食,有沙律同羅宋湯,薯條炸到脆卜卜,配牛扒一流!如果有朋友唔食牛,都有其他嘢可以叫~


前菜嘅焦糖鵝肝燉蛋同蟹肉牛油果多士配魚子醬都好唔錯,鵝肝蓉混埋燉蛋真係好夾!仲要一啲都唔覺得膩!


我哋主菜叫咗:
🔹30日Dry Aged澳洲黑牌M9和牛肉眼扒 $580
🔹昆士蘭M9和牛肉眼拼香煎大虎蝦 $568


其實都幾食得出Dry aged同Regular肉眼嘅分別。


Regular嗰個已經好juicy好好食,但Dry Aged個肉眼有少少smoke味,叫咗medium rare,超嫩滑,牛味香濃,火候啱啱好,非常Juicy。



Dinner set包埋嘢飲,另外加錢叫咗個蜜桃梳打,好飲又唔會死甜!好解膩!



鍾意食牛嘅,應該都會覺得好正。有興趣就快啲去試吓啦!

主打乾式熟成牛扒低調小店,店內熟成櫃價值超過六位數,處理熟成牛排落足心思。大廚有超過30年處理熟成牛肉嘅資歷精準拿掐火喉👍位於北角海旁環境好好,dinner沙律、薯條、湯頭盤任食,鍾意Parma Ham嘅可以食多幾碟沙律🤣當日餐湯係蘑菇湯,入面竟然有蟹肉!焦糖鵝肝燉蛋超好味,口感絲滑,啖啖蛋香同鵝肝油脂香,如果有得任食就好xd
帶子大隻,襯紅菜頭蘋果同青瓜更加清新。
今次試咗封門柳切落去滿滿嘅肉汁,牛香濃郁有咬口。
羊架烤得好靚,香草襯羊香,肉質結實同時滑嫩。
