鋿晶館最近重訪了一間品質點心店,餐廳仍然保持水準,盡顯師傅功架!齒頰留香脆蘿蔔腸很特別的腸粉。柔軟的蘿蔔粒油炸後再用幼滑的腸粉包著,層次分明,口感十足。除腸粉滑嫩,炸蘿蔔粒外皮酥脆,蘿蔔粒又很柔月半彎晶瑩鮮蝦餃每一隻蝦餃都很大隻。它們的外皮晶瑩剔透,Q彈十足,而且鮮蝦的份量驚人,目測一隻蝦餃有四/五隻鮮蝦在裏面百吃不厭咸水角咸水角即炸即上,新鮮熱辣。外皮呈橙色,應該加了南瓜,有清甜的味道。口感外脆內軟,十分出色咱家製秘製叉燒包特制的叉燒包,竟然是流心叉燒包!叉燒包的包一看就知道是鮮制的,所以口感跟連鎖店的不同。叉燒粒仍保持咬勁,不會很軟爛好姐潮州蒸粉果一籠有三隻粉果,每一隻都裝了大量材料,咬下去時香味口感豐富~黑松露北菇燒賣王黑松露味很香,燒賣肉質比較結實,感覺沒有用太多肥膏,所以不會肥膩這家店是自家制品牌,所以制作需時。問了店員,辦公室人士可以預先打電話下單再到堂食,不過位子有限,最好先打電話問清楚喔。

我個人都好鍾意飲燉湯,燉湯足料自然味道夠濃, 夜晚六點至十點更加有晚市套餐, 配埋一個蒸飯同一碟時菜, 埋單都係唔使100蚊,健康又美味!

食過3至4次,覺得野食好食所以一直都有幫襯。今次諗住帶埋班朋友黎食,點知就出事! 叫完野落單,黎左兩盅湯,以為係有fd 叫左or 係個飯送。大家一直傾計食野,無理過都無飲過嗰兩盅湯。到後來我地check 單,先發現我地係無圈過嗰盅湯,但又計左我地錢,就即時問職員係咩事,職員查都無查過,就秒速答係佢自己落錯order, 話啲湯好好飲,想焗我地要左佢。我地無掂過嗰兩盅湯,我地堅持要職員拎返走同退返錢,同呀姐講左幾次先肯黎拎走同退錢,嗰度大約$90。由頭到尾我地無叫過呢兩盅湯,都無掂過呢兩盅湯,都無店員同我地講係佢落錯單,如果我地無發現同堅持唔要,就會比呀姐焗比呢兩盅湯既錢! 呢個行為真係好唔誠實同好狡猾!有咩理由要客人承擔員工既錯失? 明知落錯單都唔補救,仲想側側膊唔多覺焗個客人要左佢,真係好過份! 啲野食幾好食都唔會再去!

叫完野落單,黎左兩盅湯,以為係有fd 叫左or 係個飯送。大家一直傾計食野,無理過都無飲過嗰兩盅湯。到後來我地check 單,先發現我地係無圈過嗰盅湯,但又計左我地錢,就即時問職員係咩事,職員查都無查過,就秒速答係佢自己落錯order, 話啲湯好好飲,想焗我地要左佢。我地無掂過嗰兩盅湯,我地堅持要職員拎返走同退返錢,同呀姐講左幾次先肯黎拎走同退錢,嗰度大約$90。

同朋友做完運動,又嚟咗附近醫肚。其實上次黎已經食過幾樣點心,今次再嚟試其他,一樣咁好味。除咗鵪鶉蛋燒賣同蘿蔔糕氣必點之外,今次仲點咗雞紮、菜苗餃、鮮竹卷、流沙奶皇包同埋炸煎堆。點心一如以往都係即叫即蒸,個鵪鶉蛋燒賣真係每次必點,啖啖都係兒時嘅味道。而菜苗餃、鮮竹卷同埋雞紮味道都好好,而且好足料。今次嘅流沙奶皇包唔係好流沙,不過都可以接受。比較失望係煎堆,雖然食落去有流心嘅芝麻,但係個皮好厚,咬落去有啲油同埋好韌。但係overall點心都非常高質,而且服務態度好好,阿姐成日叫我哋多啲嚟

🐻又是飲茶時間,今次到了荃灣嘆茶食點心,小店裝修摩登,待應態度很友善,一進來未食嘢感覺已經很好。🐻菜單點心取名有心思,一籠月半彎蝦餃粒粒飽滿,蝦仁新鮮,皮簿彈牙,價錢公道,實屬難得!🐻另一道半肥不瘦叉燒腸,腸粉皮又簿又嫩,叉燒餡鮮甜。香脆芝士蝦春卷一來就吸引了我們眼球,切法新奇,用了斜切,芝士味濃而不膩,香脆可口,且每條蝦仁十足,絕無偷工!🐻其他點心味道相當不錯,絕對值得再來!

同朋友做完運動搵宵夜食,搵到間好嘢。因為宵夜關係,冇叫好多,淨係叫咗四款點心,但係肯定會再嚟試埋其他嘢蘿蔔糕一啲都唔粉,仲食到成舊蘿蔔,好食過出邊果D用粉整嘅,煎得好香。黑松露燒賣非常好味,充滿豬肉同蝦,一咬落口有成舊冬菇,配黑松露醬少少喺面惹味,足料燒賣牛肉腸粉夠晒滑,配牛肉口感一流。仲有個流沙奶黃包,真係流沙唔係呃人。啲點心好有誠意,呀姐話全部都係即叫即整,唔係工場買返嚟加熱,加埋阿姐服務態度好好,親切有禮,仲叫我哋多啲返去食,絕對可以再嚟!
