「蘇媽」一直都係我嘅飯堂,兩層樓設計,綠色格仔瓦磚加上懷舊花紋地板,有濃厚的馬來西亞風情。餐廳座位好多,舒適好坐。午市套餐會跟嘢飲,好抵食。「辣死你嗎」配仁噹牛肉,大大舊牛肉份量都幾滿足,搭配香濃椰漿飯和特製參巴醬,口感層次分明,辣味適中,椰漿飯仲系綠色,賣相非常吸引,好適合打卡。蜜糖燒雞翼,炭火燒得好香口惹味,雞皮薄脆,雞肉保持嫩滑,蜜糖嘅甜味好襯托雞肉嘅鮮香,味道有驚喜。冬瓜龍眼茶清新解膩,凍拉茶風味獨到都非常推薦!

今日打完8號風,餓餓地就決定再去蘇媽蘇媽試吓佢哋嘅晚餐,因為之前試過佢哋嘅午餐,一直都想再食第一次!主菜方面,我哋嗌咗辣死你嗎配炸雞髀,其實就係炸雞髀飯,加啲花生同魚乾做配菜,非常惹味。炸雞髀外脆內嫩,醬汁嘅辣味同香料配搭得非常好。另外為咗健康啲,當然要叫碟菜。今次試咗玻璃魷魚配通菜,魷魚非常爽口,通菜清新爽脆,呢碟菜調味冇咁濃,食起上嚟唔會太油膩。另外,今次都想試下啲新菜式,我哋叫咗一客話知你啦薄餅配咖喱,呢個薄餅底脆而不硬,食起上嚟有酥皮嘅層次,配合味道濃郁嘅咖喱,真係一試難忘。甜品方面,我哋揀咗榴槤芝士蛋糕,榴槤味道濃郁,芝士蛋糕質地綿密,兩者結合得非常完美。上次已經試過嘅白咖啡蛋糕亦都唔錯,蛋糕鬆軟,白咖啡味道香濃,甜而不膩。最後,飲品嘅凍檸檬薏米水清爽解渴,檸檬同薏米嘅味道非常配合。今次雖然試咗好幾道新菜式,但蘇媽蘇媽嘅食物質素仍然保持一貫水準,每道菜都冇令我哋失望。值得一讚嘅係侍應態度親切友善,服務非常周到。無論係午餐定晚餐,蘇媽蘇媽都係一個值得推薦嘅好地方。

猶記得當年蘇媽喺深水埗開第一間舖嘅時候經已一試難忘,知道佢喺旺角開咗分店好耐,今日卒之有機會嚟試下,旺角店環境更加寬敞,加上特色玩味嘅牆身擺設,配合極高嘅樓底,環境舒適之餘又有餐廳特色。桔仔話梅水,不嬲對桔仔同埋話梅呢兩個味道都唔係話十分之鍾意,但係呢一杯嘢飲將兩樣嘢夾埋竟然咁有驚喜,桔仔同埋話梅配搭喺上嚟嗰個清爽味道,令我對呢兩樣嘢重新審視。馬拉沙嗲串,沙爹串燒得相當有風味,我哋豬牛雞各揀咗兩串,牛同雞都令人有記憶點,前者有意想不到嘅牛味,而後者就盛載住嫩滑嘅口感,隨附嘅沙爹醬係比較重花生味而且有粒粒花生碎嘅版本,鍾意食花生嘅朋友大愛。高佬麵配仁當牛肉,仁當牛肉口感軟嫩,味道層次豐富,特別鍾意佢嘅筋位好多,致使口感得到極大嘅滿足;高佬麵有啲似韓式嗰隻辣雞麵,不過口感就更為彈牙,每一條都撈滿甜豉油,本身已經相當好食,食到半路撈埋仁當牛肉個汁,再加上銀魚仔、花生同埋溫泉蛋嘅加持,簡直如虎添翼,直呼點解我咁遲先發現。

喺朗豪坊行完街就嚟咗呢間之前喺荃灣食唔到嘅蘇媽蘇媽,餐廳位處文物保育兼在旺區入面有些兒時陳設,勾起兒時回憶。室內環境尚算寬敞,樓底高,空間感夠大。價格都適中,唔算好貴。甜品恐龍蛋,新品推介,最早上枱,次序有D倒轉; 不過少甜ok👌嘅,健康D紫菜肉鬆咖央多士,都係新品推介,要上枱時即刻趁熱食,隔多陣就會差少勒,椰香味略少咗D。檳城白咖喱海鮮麵( 油麵),都係新品推介,味道尚可,也不算好辣,ok好食😋。
