這家餐廳算是走中高級路線吧,經理這樣處理事情絕對不合格,當客人傻的嗎?如果你誠懇道歉我們也不會這麼生氣和委屈,可能真的沒有另一個新的蛋糕或其他補救方法,明白錯誤人人都會有,但這餐廳處理錯誤的方法真的不敢恭維!


以後絕對不會再來,也不會推薦給朋友!

黑毛豬個汁都好香嘅,肉質方面都好腍,不過嗰陣時已經好飽,基本上唔係好食得落任何嘢🥲

個牛小排相對會比較失望咗,因為有啲難咬好韌😢

個麻婆豆腐都好香🤤啲豆腐超滑🩷
麻香味都夠,佢唔會做到好辣
所以基本上唔太食到辣嘅人都會食到😂即係我😗

甜品方面
佢會係一個廚師嘅推介甜品拼盤🍰🍰

食到一半嘅時候會有有人嚟做表演,咁啱企喺我哋前面嗰個係一個外國人黎,我自己覺得外國人着旗袍係特別另有一番風味,佢着得勁靚🩷🩷

環境方面🩷
佢樓底做到好高,所以成個感覺好開揚同埋好闊落,旁邊全部做晒落地玻璃,所以喺訂枱嘅時候亦都可以同返同事講睇吓可唔可以盡量安排到窗邊位,打卡都會靚啲😂😂

土豆絲係傳統嘅北方菜式,薄薄的土豆絲經過拌炒變得爽脆可口,味道酸辣適中符合香港人口味,不過不失。
🪿魚籽煎鵝肝燻蛋
鵝肝本身處理得幾好,外脆內嫩入口即溶,食到豐富嘅油脂味得黎又唔會太膩。加埋魚籽同流心嘅上海燻蛋,層次豐富。
🦑藤椒滷水小吊桶
小吊桶本身夠晒彈牙同飽滿,川式嘅處理滷得好入味,淋上麻辣嘅藤椒醬汁,非常惹味。

🦀瑤柱焗釀蟹蓋
餐廳最近有個優惠,點呢個Dinner Menu嘅時候,佢每人再送多一客焗蟹蓋。味道算係不過不失,算係好肥美,同埋唔太夠蟹味。

緊隨嘅係主菜前嘅兩道小食
🥐黑椒和牛酥
酥脆嘅外皮包裹著濃厚嘅黑椒配上軟嫩嘅和牛,係幾特別嘅配搭,可惜黑椒味太重蓋過咗和牛本身嘅味道。
🥟魚湯菜肉鍋貼
皮薄餡靚,咬落去非常juicy,鍋貼經過煎烤非常香口好食。

🏮金梅女兒紅
呢度嘅佈置咁古色古香,當然都要配合返傳統嘅飲品。我哋就叫咗一小埕女兒紅,濃濃嘅紹興酒香配埋酸酸嘅話梅,容易入口得黎又幾開胃。

🦞豆酥龍蝦
主菜係呢到招牌菜之一嘅豆酥龍蝦,龍蝦肉質鮮嫩彈牙。佢嘅擺碟非常用心,有氣勢地砌返原隻龍蝦出黎,酥脆咸香嘅豆酥,增加左口感嘅層次,但略為乾左少少。

🐟本幫鱈魚
本幫菜即係上海菜嘅別稱,鱈魚肉質鮮嫩,慢煮烹調得恰到好處。以秘方醃制嘅魚肉咸淡適中、食到鱈魚本身嘅鮮美,而且煎得好香脆,有著濃郁魚油香味。

🦐龍蝦湯西班牙紅蝦脆米泡飯
呢個菜式好有特色嘅fusion味道,而且侍應會喺席前即時親手將熱辣辣嘅龍蝦湯倒入脆米飯裡。香氣濃郁嘅龍蝦湯汁配上香脆可口嘅脆米飯同大大粒紅蝦肉,整道菜嘅層次豊富。西班牙紅蝦產量少極為珍貴,但食落略嫌唔夠新鮮,美中不足。

🍨豆腐雪糕&杏香流心芝麻巻
最後甜品部分同樣精彩,豆腐雪糕又滑又creamy,淡淡豆腐味好清爽可口。杏香流心芝麻卷外層係帶有杏仁片嘅酥皮,內裡係暖暖嘅流心芝麻,係唔錯嘅中式甜品
