之前去Airside見到頂樓有一間餐廳【浪谷】有得邊食飯、飲野同衝浪,非常特別,所以最近趁放假就同fd去試下。餐廳非常大、而且裝修幾特別。烤雞肉沙爹(五串):沙爹串燒得啱啱好,外層帶微微焦香!沙爹醬濃郁惹味,花生香氣十足。紅蝦他他:紅蝦新鮮彈牙,醬汁加咗啲香草同檸檬汁提鮮、調得酸辣開胃。配埋脆鍋巴一齊食,口感層次豐富,係道好精緻嘅前菜~泰式咖哩雞金麵:金麵吸晒咖哩嘅精華,每條都掛滿濃郁醬汁!雞肉煮得入味又嫩滑,咖哩香而不辣,椰奶味好突出。配料仲有炸麵增加口感,一啖麵一啖湯,非常惹味。馬沙文咖哩牛肋骨(半):牛肋骨燉到超淋,一叉就散!馬沙文咖哩香濃帶甜,香料味好有層次。半份都好足料,配白飯或者薄餅食簡直絕配,連啲咖哩汁都想飲埋!經典芒果糯米飯:芒果香甜多汁,糯米飯煮得軟糯適中,椰奶香氣十足!甜品來講份量剛好,為成餐飯畫上完美句號~泰式奶茶:茶味香濃,甜度調得啱啱好,唔會太膩。加咗冰飲更加清爽,奶香同茶香平衡得好好,係解辣嘅最佳選擇!龍眼冰茶:龍眼肉清甜多汁,配埋冰茶底好清爽。飲落去有淡淡香茅香料味。

The sweet peanut flavor elevated the tender beef to a whole new level of deliciousness𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗽 𝗣𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟵𝟴The plump fresh shrimps paired perfectly with the wok-fried rice noodles that had that classic sweet-savoury goodness. The scrambled egg pieces and crunchy peanuts added delightful flavor and texture, making this classic dish absolutely irresistible𝗧𝗼𝗺 𝗬𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟮𝟴Warm your body and soul with this rich seafood broth loaded with mussels and shrimps. The mild heat from the Thai herbs gave it just the right kick and we were sweating a little after finishing this bowl of deliciousness — perfect for those chilly days𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮 (𝟯 𝗽𝗰𝘀) 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟯𝟴While they were a bit bland on their own, dipping them into the zesty tom yum soup and the rich satay sauce from the skewers was like a match made in heaven𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗿-𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟳𝟮This crisp water spinach was stir-fried with garlic and a hint of chili, along with fermented soybean sauce for an extra burst of flavor. Luckily it wasn’t too spicy, so we could enjoy the fresh goodness without the heat𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟲𝟴We were impressed that the coconut-glazed sticky rice was served piping hot that we could see the steam rising from it. This pineapple-based cocktail had a strong rum flavor beautifully balanced by sweet fruit juices that made it easy to enjoy.
