A night to remember: Delicate Fujian cuisines, izakaya interiors, English music hits This chic place is a perfect spot for enjoying Chinese food and music hits from our generation, iykyk. The plump and juicy oyster tufo pot made me drool; stir fried rice vermicelli with shrimps and clams was absolutely a winner- really fresh seafood and very thoughtful combo of flavours; deep fried yellow croaker was heavenly crispy; black garlic pork ribs soup was soul warming; braised pork belly was such a beauty with the company of pickled mustard greens and some numbing paste on top; black truffle asparagus and capsicum were crunchy and stirred with a lot of fresh huge scallops. We love them all. Desserts: Chinese-style coconut sweet soup with snow fungus and peach resin was our favourite: thick, gelatinous, and oh so delicious! Japanese chocolate cake was layered with a smooth and rich nama chocolate mousse. A perfect ending of March.
