朋友介紹,大館對面嘅意大利餐廳,入面環境坐得decent,出面outdoor開揚對住大館有氣氛。難以置信中環竟然有咁抵食嘅dinner set,一個人嘅4 course 晚餐竟然所有食物係大大份full portion成碟咁上,一個set兩個人先食得哂。前菜叫咗Insalata di Pollo 雞肉沙律,真係一大碟full portion俾你,慢煮雞胸肉與生菜,雞肉的柔嫩,蔬菜的清爽平衡醬汁的醇厚,非常健康有益。Polpettoni 自家製安格斯牛肉丸,外層裹滿番茄醬汁,內裏多汁到咬開瞬間迸發肉汁。牛脂香與番茄酸在齒間交織,每顆丸子都是托斯卡納農家的匠心傳承。Tonno Pizza 吞拿魚披薩,經典手工番茄鮮底料,又係大大件,真係要兩個人先食得哂。手工揉制的麵粉餅底,非常傳統,經低溫發酵後烤至邊緣鼓泡焦脆,鋪滿番茄底料,鋪上吞拿魚與芝士,芝士在高溫下牽出金絲,薄脆餅底帶著麥香。最後Filetto 牛柳(220g),以高溫封煎鎖住肉汁,油脂在齒間,軟硬適中,煑得非常啱啱好,高質好味。最後甜品Tiramisu Classico 經典提拉米蘇,咖啡的苦韻、酒香的醇厚與芝士的甜滑在口腔交融,非常之滑,好味!!非常推介呢度嘅dinner set,抵食高質!! continue reading

同晌中環做嘢嘅老同學卒之入市買番個新居,裝修搞好晒,亦將快僑遷,當然戥佢高興,所以,趁機約佢出嚟食餐晏,兼講講近況。選址意大利餐廳「Abbraccio」喺食友嘅推介,佢話一來食物質素高,二來有個大露台位,景觀開揚,仲對住「大館」。雖然話中環一到食晏時間就周圍都逼滿人,不過,一上到嚟雲咸街、荷里活道一帶,就唔會咁多人,啱晒傾吓偈。餐廳分室內、室外區,室內環境裝修蠻有氣氛,紅色絲絨梳化,牆上又掛上一啲油畫,遠處仲有一整個酒櫃,確喺有一派意大利餐廳風格。而外面嘅室外區,地方非常之大,以木椅為主,仲有少量梳化位,加上配置大量植物襯托,令到整個環境好有意大利農村嘅田園氣息。當然,另一亮點喺開揚嘅景觀,整座「大館」盡入眼簾。午市主要供應套餐,4道菜午餐包括餐湯、沙律、主菜、甜品同飲品,定價$178,不過,要留意部份薄餅、意大利麵及甜品都需額外加錢。個人最欣賞喺西式餐牌大多數會列明菜式有咩成份,既清楚自己食咗乜,又可以減少食物敏感嘅機會。是日餐湯呢日嘅餐湯喺南瓜湯,賣相就無話有咩好特別,但啲質感真喺做得好滑溜,南瓜嘅清甜味亦好突出,實屬穩打穩紥之上。田園沙律沙律方面謝稍稍普通啲,都喺一啲沙律菜再搭啲車厘茄、紅洋蔥同西瓜蘿蔔,再添上少少油醋,不過,勝在用料新鮮,味道清新。Contadina薄餅基本喺7吋,可以升級至10吋,但作為午餐,加上得兩個人,7吋已好夠食。呢一款薄餅用料包括雞胸肉絲、忌廉芝士、水牛芝士、車打芝士及炒韭蔥,有別常見嘅加蕃茄醬,而喺加白汁,新鮮即焗,入口熱焫焫,批底份外軟熟,仲好有麵粉香;加咗3重芝士,又有啲炒韭蔥,味道豐厚,加埋啲燶邊位,實在好食。Polpettoni Pasta +$28如果主食揀邊款意大利麵都要加錢,又無理由兩個主食都食薄餅,所以,4款意大利麵就揀呢一款,皆因用上安格斯牛嚟做肉丸,點都秤高少少。份量唔太大,對我哋嚟講啱啱好,啲肉丸果然好正,搓得鬆化,極具肉香,帶微微油脂;而麵條咬落好有韌性,我哋都覺得喺自家製,每條麵條都沾滿蕃茄醬,食得到有唔少茄肉,做得好有水準。凍檸茶我哋就無特別加錢轉其他嘢食,都喺跟餐牌要杯基本冰茶,嚟到原來喺凍檸茶,酸爽清新,配濃味嘅薄餅同意大利麵就最啱。Panna Cotta既然有兩款甜品供選擇,又喺意式甜品嘅經典,就當然想試晒啦。先分享個意式奶凍,面頭配上新鮮嘅雜莓,非常養眼,而啲雜莓醬做得酸香鮮活,奶凍口感滑溜,極富奶香。Mini Tiramisu +$20提拉米蘇話就話迷你,其實都喺一大杯,面頭鋪滿厚厚嘅唂咕粉。裡面嘅馬卡風芝士跟忌廉打得細滑柔軟,帶微微芝士香,而浸透咖啡嘅手指餅濕潤滿滿咖啡香,個人就較喜歡加入百蘭地嘅酒精版喇。多謝食友嘅推介,「Abbraccio」嘅食物質素高之外,無論室內定室外,環境都頗舒服,而招呼亦好熨貼,喺一個讓人用餐稱心嘅地方。 continue reading
