首先間餐廳坐落中環,仲有個大outdoor望住中環樓景同埋大館,係度食飯別有一番風味Angus Polpettoni 肉丸一上枱已經聞到香濃茄汁味,賣相吸引,肉丸煮得啱啱好,切開見到肉汁滲出,口感嫩滑多汁,茄汁濃郁而唔膩,加埋 Parmesan 芝士,鹹香加分!Set Gamberi Pizze 個薄餅底金黃香脆,茄汁打底酸酸甜甜,蝦隻隻新鮮彈牙,芝士溶得啱啱好,咬落去多層次,真係齋食都滿足。至於 Sugo all’ Arrabiata,微辣茄醬濃郁又香,啲辣味慢慢滲出嚟,而且直通粉非常掛汁,因為好開胃食完仲想再嚟多一碟。飲品方面,Remdez Vous Sauvignon Blanc 白酒香氣清新。Bubble Gum Cocktail 賣相超夢幻,顏色層次分明,入口甜中帶點清新氣泡,推介!最後嘅 Tiramisu 真係perfect ending!賣相靚,層層分明,咖啡香同淡淡酒香完美平衡,入口即溶,甜度剛好,完全唔會膩,食完之後有種幸福感~整體嚟講,環境、食物同飲品質素高,賣相又靚,味道層次豐富,真係值得推介!

中午同朋友去了雲咸街一間露台意大利餐廳可俯瞰大館附近的建築羣,被滿有歴史建築物包圍,感覺好chill 午餐大約二百左右已經包餐湯、沙律、Pizza , Pasta , 甜品及飲品,以中環地段來講,性價比高是日餐湯是南瓜湯, 南瓜蓉打得好綿滑,好香甜沙律菜什菜沙律,有齊紫椰菜、蕃茄、蘿蔔,再加入黑醋,增添爽脆感Quatro Formaggi Pizza 四式芝士 ,全部都是意大利優質水牛芝士,芝士半融狀態配脆口pizza 底,批邊好軟熟,餅皮煙韌非常香脆Polpettoni Pasta自家製安格斯牛肉丸,配搭巴馬臣芝士,意大利蕃茄香草醬濃郁鮮甜,意粉食落好彈牙Tiramisu Classico這是經典造法,以杯裝呈載住,灑上滿滿可可粉,每一啖都有淡淡 Rum 酒味,Mascarpone Cheese 軟滑可口,味道好有層次感Panna Cotta意式奶凍香滑幼嫩,口感柔滑,奶味香濃,配上雜莓,加入煑熟的微酸新鮮水果醬,好清新

Tucked away in the bustling streets of Central, Abbraccio offers an elegant Italian dining experience with a menu that balances tradition and innovation. I opted for their dinner set. which allowed me to sample a well-curated selection of dishes, each with its own distinct character. While some required supplemental charges, the quality and execution made it worthwhile. Starter: Piovra (+$58 with Dinner Set)The meal began with the Piovra, a refined octopus salad that set high expectations for the rest of the evening. The braised octopus was flawlessly tender—no rubberiness, just a delicate bite. Thinly sliced radish provided a crisp contrast, while toasted pine nuts lent a nutty warmth. The bright citrus dressing tied everything together, offering a refreshing acidity that enhanced the seafood without overpowering it. A light yet sophisticated starter, though the +$58 supplement felt slightly steep for the portion. Pasta: Frutti di Mare (+$48 with Dinner Set)Next came the Frutti di Mare, a seafood spaghetti that showcased the kitchen’s mastery of Italian flavors. The al dente spaghetti was perfectly coated in a white wine-infused sauce, light yet flavorful, with a subtle kick from chili flakes. The **seafood medley**—likely featuring mussels, clams, and prawns—was fresh and well-cooked, though I wished for a more generous portion of seafood given the upcharge. Still, the balance of garlic, wine, and chili was impeccable, making it a satisfying dish. Main: Filetto (220g)The Filetto, a 220g beef fillet, was the highlight of the meal. Cooked to a perfect medium-rare, the meat was buttery-soft, with a beautiful sear locking in its juices. The sage, rosemary, and roasted garlic infused the steak with earthy, aromatic notes, while a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil added a luxurious finish. A simple yet masterfully executed dish that required no additional sauces—just pure, high-quality beef. Dessert: Tiramisu ClassicoTo end the meal, the Tiramisu Classico was a delightful nod to tradition. Layers of mascarpone were light and creamy, while the Savoiardi were soaked just enough in espresso to be flavorful without becoming soggy. A dusting of cocoa powder on top added a bittersweet contrast. It wasn’t overly sweet, letting the coffee and cheese shine—exactly how a proper tiramisu should be. Abbraccio delivers a polished Italian dining experience with dishes that emphasize quality ingredients.Would I dine here again? Yes, especially for that flawless steak and tiramisu.🍽️✨

最近試咗一間餐廳嘅 $178 Set Lunch: Soup + salad+ pizza/pasta + dessert + drink ,菜式選擇多,性價比高。是日湯係南瓜湯,入口香濃,質地幼滑,帶有天然嘅南瓜甜味,完全冇過重嘅奶油感,飲完好暖胃。沙律新鮮爽脆,蔬菜用料簡單,但配埋清新嘅油醋汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃。主菜揀咁Tonno pizza🍕 ,呢款披薩用咗吞拿魚作主角,餅底薄而香脆,外層烘到微焦,餅皮彈牙但唔會過厚。吞拿魚配埋少量洋蔥同番茄🍅,味道平衡得好好。另一款主菜揀咗Polpettoni Pasta,呢款意粉係帶有肉丸嘅經典意大利風味,肉丸煮得夠多汁,內裡仲食到少少香草嘅味道,幾有層次感。意粉煮到剛剛好嘅al dente程度,煙韌而唔會太硬,番茄醬汁濃郁但唔會過酸,yummy!甜品揀咗迷你提拉米蘇及意大利奶凍 。提拉米蘇咖啡嘅香氣濃郁,甜度啱啱好,蛋糕層濕潤。意大利奶凍質地滑溜,帶有濃郁嘅奶香,上面仲有啲果醬及水果點綴,酸甜味道為整體加分,係一個清新嘅飯後甜品。
