北海道根室海膽壽司,海膽好鮮甜,入口即融,最後同海苔壽司飯融為一體,直入肚中。最後係右口魚邊壽司,右口魚邊魚油豐富,火炙後一股魚香味四溢,食完一口魚油,令人回味。一邊享受美食,一邊同釗師傅互動聊天,得知他入行多達11年,怪不得有如此功架。

我哋除左壽司套餐外,還追加清酒配對,今個月係精選岐阜縣六枝清酒,由甘口到辛口,清爽到圓潤,多種味道配上壽司食物,令整餐飯都昇華不少。閒談之下,餐廳會定期更換清酒,令客人保持新鮮感又可以品嘗不同地方的限定酒,真係令人雀躍,一緒一番酒場的確係中環一個輕鬆食飯飲酒既好地方,值得推薦!
