雙職家庭每晚要諗食乜都確實幾唔容易,加上而家又百物騰貴,真係要搵啲性價比高嘅餐廳先得喇。呢間雪山冰廳係我倆嘅飯堂之一,每次嚟到都必點例牌二人餐。我哋點餐後,服務員遮遮好快就送上兩盅熱辣辣嘅蟲草花燉瘦肉湯。啖湯真係非常鮮甜,湯色清澈,努力工作一個星期,辛苦搵嚟都係志在食啫。再嚟就送上盲鰽魚,魚肉雪白嫰滑,肉質一“狹狹”,蒸魚火候剛剛好,魚肉剛好離骨,證明食材新鮮,就咁清蒸都非常好味。啲魚汁用嚟撈飯,認真一流。跟住就送嚟花膠海鮮雜菜鍋,用個砂煲盛載,送上嚟時仍滋滋在響,食到最尾都仲熱的,菜湯呈奶白色,好好飲。雖然現在北上消費盛行,但係交通和時間都係成本嚟喎。睇返香港地,而家都仲有呢啲性價比高嘅餐廳,香港人確實非常幸福呢!兩口子,每人一百蚊,食到捧住個肚走! continue reading
