海蜇頭好爽口,涼拌既醬汁酸酸甜甜中帶d鹹味,好開胃

🦢鵝三寶($298)
三寶包括鵝件、鵝腸同粉肝。鵝件肉質有咬口,唔會霉。
坊間捨得用新鮮鵝腸既餐廳唔多,口感比坊間既鵝腸更脆,同一般既急凍鵝腸好大分別。粉肝入口好似豆腐咁嫩滑,唔會實的的,而且同滷水汁好夾

🐉清燉荷包鱔($118)
一般既做法係用鹹菜葉包住白鱔,再加入雞湯燉熟,而呢度除左白鱔之外,仲加左金華火腿同冬菇等等既配料,令湯頭更濃郁

🐷二十年老菜甫燉鮮豬($78)
就咁睇一舊黑炆炆既老菜甫一d都唔起眼,但飲一啖湯就發覺小小一塊已經提升左成碗湯既鮮味,而家仲有陣陣既鹹香,好有驚喜

屋企人早幾日話想食潮州菜,我就記得我之前去過呢一間位於鰂魚涌嘅餐廳,叫「陳儀興尚潮樓」。今次再去同屋企人都覺得幾滿意。首先食左個鹹酸菜同埋飲咗啲功夫茶。一開始就上左兩個湯品同前菜,兩款都有唔同嘅特色。首先,我哋叫咗一個潮州名菜「護國菜」。其實我自己本身都唔知護國菜係咩,淨係見佢綠得好深色覺得佢幾特別!但飲落去佢嘅湯底鮮美濃郁,問返個店員原來先知道係用菠菜去整。我哋仲叫咗個鹹菜花蛤湯,個花蛤湯味道鮮甜,湯裡面嘅鹹菜同花蛤好夾仲加埋番茄,增添了湯品嘅層次感。就前菜方面,我叫咗一個海蜇頭。呢個海蜇頭真係好特別!佢有獨特嘅麻油香氣,令人食得好過癮。個口感超爽脆,同時又帶點清爽。正呀!到左主菜方面,我哋叫咗一份手工菜個名叫石榴蟹同埋乾瑤柱春菜煲。石榴蟹嘅製作方式非常精緻,蟹肉鮮嫩多汁,上菜仲整到好靚添。而乾瑤柱春菜煲嘅組合亦十分出色,瑤柱鮮香,春菜爽脆,湯底濃郁,入口滋味豐富。媽媽呢一餐都食得好滿意,我見到佢個餐單入邊仲有好多唔同嘅菜式,希望下次可以試吓其他嘢啦。

我前排去咗間新開嘅鰂魚涌中菜館,真係驚喜到!佢哋嘅菜色真係有水準,令人印象深刻!☺️❤️佢哋嘅涼拌海蜇頭好清爽,爽口彈牙,酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁令人垂涎三尺!招牌鵝三寶更係好食,鵝皮脆脆地,鵝肉鮮嫩多汁,再加埋啲特製醬汁,啖啖都係幸福感☺️☺️仲有鵝腸同埋鵝肝,鵝腸我就唔係好鍾意食,但鵝肝都唔錯~潮式魚丸肉碎煮汕頭白超濃郁嘅湯底😍😍魚丸肉碎有彈牙,配埋汕頭白菜,啖啖都係滿足!最令我印象深刻係佢哋嘅胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯,啲豬肚燉得好入味,鹹菜同胡椒帶出嘅香氣,胡椒味好出好好飲☺️整體黎講,呢間鰂魚涌中菜館真係值得推介!唔單止菜色有水準,服務亦都好好,令人食完都想再黎一次!係一個可以約埋啲朋友食飯嘅好地方,食完就有種滿足感,絕對係個性價比高嘅餐廳!
