朋友講話鰂魚涌開咗間好味嘅潮州嘢,於是就諗住父親節同屋企人嚟。訂咗6:00 ,已經早咗10分鐘上去,都差唔多已經坐滿晒。有個小插曲,係佢哋安排一張細枱俾我哋,但全部都係圓嘅摺凳,坦白講一見到我真係好唔滿意,我真係唔想老人家要坐喺啲摺凳上面食飯,當時我同服務員講,你哋起碼換咗兩張正常嘅燈比老人家,後生啲嘅挫折凳都冇辦法啦,老人家跌親就好大件事。好彩佢哋都好快就換咗,仲要連其他嘅凳都一次過換晒。食物水準真係值得稱讚嘅,亦都冇因為大時大節求求其其,我哋叫咗佢哋出名嘅水煮蜆、豉油黃鵝腸、鵝片、炒海參、蠔餅,同埋一大鍋蠔仔粥。個海參好足料,煮得好入味好腍,最欣賞!蠔仔粥D蠔又多又大隻,仲有鮮味👍🏻。叫咗兩個甜品,佢哋仲送咗壽桃包俾老人家食!

✨ 朋友帶我到鰂魚涌陳儀興食好嘢,酒家鄰近港鐵站幾方便,甫到達酒家,這裡裝修好靚、目測幾高級,座位寬敞非常闊落,係幾好坐嘅。***** ***** ***** ***** ***** 招牌滷水鵝肝鵝肝新鮮好,蘸上潮州醋汁,另有一番風味。潮州炒魚麵如面代表一條條的魚肉,好像粗麵的魚肉撈埋韭黃、芹菜一起炒香,好好餸飯。潮洲醬燒骨咬下去肥瘦均勻,外層燒至微微脆口,好味到停唔到手。總括來說,環境靚價錢合理,餐牌還有很多選擇,希望下次再訪。

一聽到呢個名,你一定會問:「係咁好鹹?」。
吾係死鹹,而且,夾埋鵝肝下嘅豆腐一齊食,中和了鹹味,味道啱啱好。

餐前和餐後都奉上功夫茶,其茶清香怡人,有解腻作用。

今次嘅小食係醃甜酸菜,有微辣,非常開胃。

滷水雙拼元蹄新鮮大墨魚一次過滿足兩個願望,元蹄啖啖骨膠原好彈牙水潤,墨魚咁岩有齊墨魚頭、觸鬚同墨魚身,食到唔同部位嘅爽彈幼嫩,滷水唔會太咸好香。富貴石榴蟹係好神秘嘅菜式,睇餐牌個賣相真係好吸引,好彩真身味道做到期望以上。 一切開就見到滿滿嘅蟹肉,外皮幼滑帶少少煙韌,口感豐富、鮮味爆棚,蟹肉蛋白醬汁清清地,感受到功夫菜嘅深度。油泡南澳島鮮魷突破左我對鮮魷嘅印象,好多時一係細隻比較軟身,一係大隻厚身爽口,呢個南澳島鮮魷集合左兩者之長,幼滑又彈牙,單係食材本身已經值回票價。
