朋友講話鰂魚涌開咗間好味嘅潮州嘢,於是就諗住父親節同屋企人嚟。訂咗6:00 ,已經早咗10分鐘上去,都差唔多已經坐滿晒。有個小插曲,係佢哋安排一張細枱俾我哋,但全部都係圓嘅摺凳,坦白講一見到我真係好唔滿意,我真係唔想老人家要坐喺啲摺凳上面食飯,當時我同服務員講,你哋起碼換咗兩張正常嘅燈比老人家,後生啲嘅挫折凳都冇辦法啦,老人家跌親就好大件事。好彩佢哋都好快就換咗,仲要連其他嘅凳都一次過換晒。食物水準真係值得稱讚嘅,亦都冇因為大時大節求求其其,我哋叫咗佢哋出名嘅水煮蜆、豉油黃鵝腸、鵝片、炒海參、蠔餅,同埋一大鍋蠔仔粥。個海參好足料,煮得好入味好腍,最欣賞!蠔仔粥D蠔又多又大隻,仲有鮮味👍🏻。叫咗兩個甜品,佢哋仲送咗壽桃包俾老人家食! continue reading

之前食過太子間陳儀興,好有水準。今日試吓鰂魚涌呢間,原來入面裝修咁舒服,部分座位設有屏風,私密度高,嚟緊新年同屋企人食飯,都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。鵝肉嚟到潮式菜館,一定唔少得試吓鹵水檔嘅出品。例牌鵝肉肥瘦適中,皮香肉滑,鹵水汁好入味😋金沙涼瓜條|尚潮醬燒骨平日晚市有$88小菜,有差唔多十款精美菜式,配白飯或粥。餸菜雖然係mini size,不過足夠兩個人食。涼瓜以咸蛋包住再炸,好酥脆。而醬燒骨嘅醬汁調配亦做得唔錯。 continue reading
