假日去食lunch,見到有迷你精緻小菜,每款$88,款式多,值得一試。我哋叫咗兩款:汕頭煎蠔餅及醬燒骨~~首先,汕頭煎蠔餅就真係有驚喜!蠔餅煎得金黃香脆,蠔肉幾鮮,而且份量十足,每一啖都食到滿滿嘅蠔肉,真係好滿足。另外,醬燒骨嘅醬汁濃郁,帶有微微嘅甜味,骨炆得非常腍,輕輕一咬就骨肉分離,非常入味~~之後再試咗鵝肝(半份)$138,配埋豆腐,好入味。最後叫咗兩碗潮州白粥,粥底綿滑有米香,食落暖胃~~ continue reading

云云中菜,比較少吃潮洲菜「陳儀興」以口碑打出名堂,在香港已經有幾間分店,定位明確,晚市推出$88 特價小菜,份量比較適合兩位享用。飯前飯後也奉上功夫茶🫖招牌滷水鵝肝中式鵝肝都係第一次食,口感原來咁嫩滑,好似豬紅咁滑,沒有內藏羶味,陣陣滷水汁芳香;墊底滷水豆腐都超級入味又夠大塊。冷盤魚露花甲皇也是一絕 👍🏻不愧為花甲皇每隻也相當肥美厚肉,而且已經半去殼,無須打開殼已經可以直接挑出,咸鮮魚露和蒜片令花甲的鮮味更突出。欖菜肉碎四季豆選取了質感較嫩四季豆,配上松子仁、肉鬆、欖菜,口感相當豐富,鹹香十足,襯碗潮州粥簡直係完美配搭。 continue reading
