呢間新開一段時間,今次有機會去試試一直都係超鍾意食辣,所以去食就一定要叫辣嘅餐點啦午餐都供應到好晏,4點都仲有,而且選擇好多,好似仲可以揀辣度,唔辣都有,非常好,價錢圍起$40-50之間,係正常嘅價錢特色水煮魚飯 $50一般講水煮都覺得會係紅色湯底,點知上枱發現佢係青青橙橙色,唔見辣一辣嘅鮮紅色。一試就上癮,果種鹹,鮮,辣,真係好令人回味,不過大辣都未去到真正大辣,我諗係就返香港人口味啦。魚片唔錯,唔係全淋,有咬口,但係似桂花魚嘅外貌。另外碟頭都ok大,起碼個碗大過碗飯先蕃茄炒蛋飯 $40炒得滑,蕃茄又唔出水,非常好食,再加上少量蔥,送飯一流 睇過夜晚餐牌,其實價錢唔算太貴,鍾意食辣嘅朋友都可以去試試,如果想先試質素,午餐更加抵食兼好元化

特色水煮魚飯 $50
一般講水煮都覺得會係紅色湯底,點知上枱發現佢係青青橙橙色,唔見辣一辣嘅鮮紅色。一試就上癮,果種鹹,鮮,辣,真係好令人回味,不過大辣都未去到真正大辣,我諗係就返香港人口味啦。

已經第三次去楊記, 才想起要寫返篇食評讚賞這間好吃用心食點。環境光猛整潔, 食物用料十足。廚師都是地道重慶人, 正宗麻辣而不油膩。1.酸菜魚必吃坊間很多食店都會把魚片用生粉包裹令感覺好像滑滑遛遛的,但反而遮蓋了魚片的味質感和味道。但楊記就沒有用生粉, 另一主角酸菜咸酸味適中,用料十足。2.羊肉串一定要食辣的, 羊肉不算很騷,表面是乾煸但是內裏還很juicy, 可點不辣, 但我覺得還是麻辣好吃, 一口羊肉加一兩粒辣椒, 簡直perfect!3.鐵板水晶粉, 炒得非常好, 不太油膩。4.幹扁大腸有點像辣子雞, 但是豬大腸炸得酥脆但不失嫩滑肉汁, 我個人極度推介。辣子雞雞肉較為細粒, 十分香口,送酒一流。5.酸辣土豆絲, 不吃辣的也可應付, 那個干辣椒令整碟土豆絲的味道很豐富。6.麻辣大拼盤有豬耳牛雜,煮得很腍, 辣味適中(不吃辣的朋友也能吃上幾片)7.芫茜手撕雞, 適合不吃辣的朋友, 我個人認為比沙薑雞好吃。8. 其他尚有不辣的餸菜: 茶樹菇炒牛肉,大盆花菜, 也是極為美味, 不是一般食店可以吃到, 份量十足。9.咕嚕肉,韭菜炒蛋,涼拌青瓜,沙薑雞, 都是正常酒樓水準。10. 炸饅頭點煉奶

之前一直有上開深圳食酸菜魚,但由於近排疫情嚴重,導致無得北上食酸菜魚,但係又心掛掛,所以決定同友人一齊黎呢間試下佢啲酸菜魚。我地今次叫左三樣野,第一樣係麻辣拼盤,我哋要咗小辣,但係食落都幾辣,拼盤有少少似夫妻肺片,入面有牛肚,牛𦟌,豬耳,牛肺,青瓜絲。味道都唔錯份量亦都好多但小辣都幾辣下。第二樣係酸菜魚,整體黎講酸菜魚嘅味道就真係不及深圳好食,魚係桂花魚,但係就唔夠滑同埋切得太厚,我哋叫咗小辣,但係反而一啲都唔辣,酸菜魚我覺得味道比較普通,唔算話係太特別。第三樣係大盤菜花,即係福花,佢用咗啲鹹肉黎炒,明顯地福花係走過油所以好香口,而且仲用咗啲孜然粉一齊煮又有小小辣味,我認為呢一個餸係全晚最好食嘅。整體來講我覺得呢餐係唔錯嘅,三個餸都好平均,而且份量都好多,都算係抵食嘅!

水煮牛肉: 水煮牛肉呢🤔片牛肉滑到不得不得了呀,同埋呢超入味,可能超入味索嗰啲麻辣味,覺得有少少辣勁好送飯呀,但底嘅菜同芽菜食,都唔覺得辣喎。

同埋口水雞: 最鍾意上面嗰陣花生同埋嗰醬,唔太辣又好好味,個雞好滑,肉又啖啖肉好正呀 。

無耐, 見到東方不敗(魯振順)喺隔離枱入座, 個個爭住做小粉絲集郵, 東方不敗初時有d愕然, 後尾知道原來影相姐, 即刻笑返, 仲擺埋po屎添, 班老友話最近咁嘅環境都少左出嚟食, 我話飯始終要食, 酒始終要飲, 最重要係好多人屋企唔係話咁大, 又冇工人姐姐,你估咁易坐到十幾人咩, 再加上又有老婆仔女, 有d 個老婆唔飲, 有d個老公唔飲, 所以點都要出嚟鬆一鬆, 咪你結婚前又毒, 結婚後又毒, 咁你嘅人生仲有乜意義呢!

Those friends for this time cannot drink much, therefore quality is better than quantity and they like full body and matured wine. But I don’t like new world wine much, because they must bring the Penfolds number series, this time they brought a 407, actually for me only the 95 and 707 is more eye attractive, but for my friends these are their first love when they start drinking wine! For this reason, I brought an old world shiraz from Italy and a white from burgundy, these wine prices went up a lot recently from 3 digit to 4 digit. Awhile later the dishes start to come, hey boss, we only have 4 people but you bought us ½ kg of prawn, 3 each of razor clam and 2 each of oyster, no quota for other dishes! And most importantly the wine still not started drinking yet! The boss said: you appetite are too small!

Later, we saw a famous TVB star (Henry Lo Chun Shun) sitting in the next table, everyone was asking for photo, at first he was shocked, later he knows we only want a photo together, then immediately showing his smile and get ready for the photo, my friends said situation nowadays in Hong Kong was eating less outside than before, I said everyone needs to eat and drink, especially for those that their home are tiny and without helper, which is not easy to sit for 10+ people , in addition, there might be wife and kids, some of them the wife don’t drink, some of them the husband don’t drink, therefore need to chill out no matter what, otherwise what’s the point of living.

星期日午市時間不想吃太多,心想留一下肚晚上吃大餐,隨便走走經過這間餐廳,前幾手也轉得很快,但見是新餐廳,抱著試試的心與幾個朋友入去試試。看見餐牌,其實已覺得很抵,幾個朋友叫了不同食物,可以分享,何樂而不為?每道菜來的時候是分開白飯跟餸,分享更容易!最愛吃酸菜魚,以為不會好得去那裡,但卻超乎所想,比想像中好很多。總結:一定有下次!

Today we went to the sichuan style restaurant for a yummy lunch! Although the restaurant is known for its spicy fish dish, today we opt for other choices.The Ma Po tofu is spicy and yummy. The spicy broth gives the soft tofu a layered flavor. FuQi Fei Pian is a popular sichuan dish, which is made of thinly sliced beef offal. Asparagus Lettuce with Chinese cured meat is slightly spicy, basically all the dishes are really flavorful. The apetitzers to the main dishes all have this amazing aroma. Love it!
