丼飯完成到剩三分之一,重頭戲要到喇,店員會加入日本嘅三葉芹同埋茗荷,再將鯛魚高湯加入丼飯,上面放上清香嘅柚子皮,咁就變左鯛魚高湯漬飯喇!最後再將留低嘅兩塊魚生片加入漬飯,焯至微熟令肉質更軟更嫩,加上非常香口鮮甜嘅魚湯,真係鮮味滿滿😋

總括黎講,丼飯嘅足料同埋鮮甜我地已經好滿意,再加埋特別嘅一丼二食食法,真係驚喜又滿足呀!!

秋意漸濃,係時候換季,今日入咗東涌大型商場,逛完街食個飯,位於東薈城嘅《日本橋海鮮丼》,店內裝修就讓食客仿如置身日本店一樣,和式設計配合柔和燈光,部分卡位亦有吧枱位,一邊吃一邊欣賞師傅表演。點了兩個丼,「梅」及「特上」,先來幾片鯛魚魚片,店員指引先吃兩片配特製胡麻醬汁,味道清甜帶香濃芝麻味道,留兩片到最後加熱湯時才放入丼。上菜時真係「嘩」一聲,吞拿魚蓉成座小山丘咁高,吞拿魚鲜甜,「特上」包括海膽,米飯有芝麻粒,食落特別香口,需先把芥末放入雞蛋醬油,再淋上飯,大概吃完三分二,店員便會指示可添飯,然後加入熱烘烘湯浸熟鯛魚片,感覺好温暖,這個食法真的好有趣,先吃魚生再吃湯飯,湯底味道香濃,最後湯飯全部被KO。魚片又香又滑,勁正!黑豆茶都是這餐廳的特色。

食完真實既諗法係….我為左個湯黎 但個湯打動唔到我 加左湯之後主要食到wasabi 味多過魚味 而且不夠熱 而魚生係碎上所有亦都係冇乜特別試一次就夠應該食其他鋪頭一片片既魚生飯岩我多啲價錢都唔平

食完真實既諗法係….我為左個湯黎
但個湯打動唔到我
加左湯之後主要食到wasabi 味多過魚味
而且不夠熱 而魚生係碎上所有亦都係冇乜特別
試一次就夠

應該食其他鋪頭一片片既魚生飯岩我多啲
價錢都唔平

週末晚飯時段都要排下隊,turnover都快,因為佢menu真係好簡單,清一色四款嘅碎刺身飯。我揀咗最平個兩款嚟試,叫完野食就會上個麻醬生魚片比你。店員建議先食2片,另外留返2片一陣加湯食。麻醬個味帶甘,個人覺得僻唔到魚片嘅少少腥味,不過不失。所有刺身會切碎,再砌埋一舊放上飯面。飯夠哂熱,加入雞蛋醬油同吃。食剩1/3就可以請店員同你拎去加湯,店員會再問你要唔要加飯,大食人士褔音。利申我無加,食食下其實比想像中飽。魚湯唔腸,偏咸,唔算太熱,食前店員會係你面前加蔥同柚子碎。P.S. 唯一係店員較被動加茶,整體服務都可以。

食剩1/3就可以請店員同你拎去加湯,店員會再問你要唔要加飯,大食人士褔音。利申我無加,食食下其實比想像中飽。

魚湯唔腸,偏咸,唔算太熱,食前店員會係你面前加蔥同柚子碎。

P.S. 唯一係店員較被動加茶,整體服務都可以。

因為看到雜誌的報導,放假來東涌shoppong,順道一試。座位有「說明書」,介紹食法,簡單來說,是魚生飯,吃到一半時加入魚湯,成為日本的茶漬飯。魚生飯有幾款選擇,全都屬於「碎上」類,但份量不少,在白飯上形成一座小小的魚生山。吃到差不多一半的時候,我急不及待的叫店員加湯,進行下半場的茶漬飯,要讚的是,年青的店員有禮,細心解說步驟,加入了湯之後,再在上面即場刨了些青檸皮碎在上面以提升味道,而且充滿儀式感!湯,極鮮味!問了店員,知道是鰹魚湯,反而我本人覺得因為熱湯而弄熟了的魚生不好食,覺得可以在加湯前先把魚生吃掉。
