快快脆脆寫左呢間先🤣

呢間係日本好出名食海鮮丼既名店,聽聞如果係日本想食要排成2個鐘隊😮食既時候都係咁聽到在場既人講「終於唔洗係日本排餐死啦」。

個menu其實好簡單,得4款丼飯同幾款野飲,另外有刺身/魚湯可以俾錢追加。

4款丼飯個base都係一樣,唔同係最平既「梅」係無蟹肉,另外3款係有蟹肉。仲有2款係有埋海膽,而最貴果個就係全部增量。

我就分別叫左一款有蟹無海膽既「竹」同埋增量既「特上」,另外仲追加左份刺身

追加刺身💰$48

其實全部丼飯都包左一份4片既刺身。我見佢有得order刺身,我仲諗緊會唔會有其他刺身添,點知係我諗多左🤣😂
當日食係油甘魚既刺身,唔算好厚但一d都唔腥同肉質係彈牙新鮮既。佢建議可以先食2片,留番2片到時加落湯到一齊食。

呢兩個既分別係貴d果個有海膽同刺身份量多左,所以我就一齊寫啦。

佢每一枱都個牌寫建議食法,呢個聽聞係日本無既,所以香港都幾貼心。

不過佢上枱既時候店員都會再輕輕講一次,佢地建議先鋪平d魚生,然後將Wasabi加入特製蛋黃醬再淋番上面,食淨1/3時可以叫佢地幫手加湯。

我本身就唔太好海膽既,但呢個海膽算幾好食,total有5塊都算大片同埋完整。就咁食就食到個鮮甜,但撈埋個飯一齊食既話,可能有埋其他海鮮我就覺得有d腥啦。
另外個飯既海鮮係有紅鱈蟹,鮭魚子,赤蝦,鯡魚子,象拔蚌,螺肉,魷魚,金槍魚同埋金槍魚蓉。但好老實講,除左面頭好多既金槍魚蓉同兩款魚子外,其實唔係好食得出有咩😂係間唔中食到口感有d煙韌既海鮮,同埋有青瓜+小小紫蘇葉令成個飯fresh d。不過以我咁驚腥既人都ok咁證明佢d材料都新鮮既。

至於加湯方面,佢既份量係有standard ,如果想叫佢再加d就要俾錢追加盛惠$38😂叫完店員佢會加埋小小三芹葉,茗荷同埋青檸皮。我自己幾鐘意加左湯,成個鮮甜味更出,但海膽咁樣食就有d苦。可能因為本身入邊啲嘢係凍啦,加咗湯之後其實都唔算好熱,暖暖地咁樣食完都幾舒服。但如果可以我想試下原汁原味既湯係點既,所以我寧願佢另外上湯俾我會開心d。😂

我平日6:45到前面就有2-3個人排隊,10分鐘左右就入得。但7:30食完出黎都有20個人左右排隊,所以如果想試都要俾d耐性。
