先試時令刺身刺身的油脂味不錯,簡單加少許麻胡醬,醬汁很香,但又不會搶過刺身原有鮮味,非常美味。先把蛋黃鼓油汁加入飯中,再把飯和刺身塔拌勻,吃上口每口飯都吃出刺身的鮮味,還有象扙蚌的爽脆口感,魷魚膠質感,都讓人難忘。

保留少許飯和刺身,變成一道茶漬飯,店員還會加多少許白飯,才放入刺身在飯之上,然後把調魚湯加入飯之中,最後加上葸粒,那鮮味十足的魚湯和海鮮丼,把那鮮味變得更香濃。喝上一口湯,完全有著蛋黃醬和和海鮮丼的鮮味,連湯飯一拼吃下,讓人十分驚喜,絕對不能錯過這碗茶漬飯。
