之前幫襯過ssp嘅新容記,唉……以後唔會再去,今次決定去返有容哥坐陣,住於太子道嘅容記試下!上次星期五即興嚟,晚上7點去到已經超多人等位,等咗一陣放棄咗。今次揀咗星期一晚上8點左右到,明顯比上次少好多人,一問即有位!一入去就有容哥個嘜頭,唔知點解佢令我諗起”大家食”果個平頭裝老細!呢間容記分上下兩層,下面係reception比人等位同埋一間VIP房。新呢間容記同舊舖相比,面積大咗,門面亮麗咗,樓底高咗,舖面光猛咗,裝修時尚咗!向街果邊全部用上大玻璃方便採光。呢度整體係茶樓嘅格局,但佢d枱唔會放到密密麻麻,坐得都幾舒服。仲有個大魚缸放晒d生猛海鮮,蝦同蟹就實有啦!另外仲有大大隻鮑魚,又有斑馬瀨尿蝦,仲有好多大大條嘅斑。龍蝦都分澳洲同本地龍蝦,但係餐牌見佢寫加拿大龍頭,可能真係有3種。今晚主要係想嚟飲燉湯同食小炒,點知……一睇menu 已經比佢d海鮮吸引住! 蟹妹當然係比蟹吸引住,魚王推介有埋炒蜆,超吸引!另一樣吸引嘅係巨型瀨尿蝦,78蚊隻如果真係肥大肉厚巨咪果種瀨尿蝦,算好抵食!除咗海鮮,其實呢度仲有柚皮同焗魚腸呢d懷舊菜式。前菜-喬頭而家d茶樓多數俾花生已經好少俾喬頭,仲要有一粒超大粒

花膠杞子浸西洋菜
花膠雖然唔係頂級只係薄薄果種,但份量都唔少,趁熱食唔會鯹,放耐咗有少少。西洋菜清甜唔老,上湯有淡淡杞子味,杞子明目算係健康之選。

原盅燉湯-茶樹菇燉瘦肉
我發覺而家好少有食店有呢種一人份量嘅原盅燉湯,大多數得大盅燉湯可以4-6人嘅份量果種比較多。當我喺openrice見到個menu有就勁想嚟試!
落單時向職員詢問過今日有咩細盅燉湯,佢話五指毛桃燉雞~正!即落……點知後尾個阿叔行過嚟話賣晒,問我哋杏汁燉豬肺啱唔啱?!咁我哋都ok~等咗一陣有個阿姐行埋嚟放低兩隻碗(我已經覺得奇怪!)明明原盅燉湯做乜放低兩隻碗,又過多陣……另一個阿姐竟然捧著一大盅湯行埋嚟放低!我同男友都顎咗然……當佢想幫我哋分湯之際,男友開聲問佢係咪確定冇上錯,事關我哋係叫細盅湯,因為大盅我哋得兩個人飲唔晒!最後果阿叔幫我哋改返細盅湯。因為menu上兩種都叫“原盅燉湯”,加上佢每日都唔同,落單時記得講清楚!

豉椒炒黃沙大蜆
蜆本身唔算好肥但大部份冇沙,亦唔係炒蜆殼,豉椒味過濃有d重手咗,整體ok!

薑蔥粉絲肉蟹煲
由於上次去泰國冇食到粉絲蟹煲,加上蟹妹都係敵不過蟹,最後都係決定食蟹!
因為而家係食蟹嘅季節,雖然係肉蟹但都好多羔,但蟹蓋太多粉。整體賣相頗吸引,但薑蔥唔夠香,粉絲唔夠乾身,可以加返多少少鹽。

總括嚟講,我會再嚟但下次都係食返小菜。另外值得一讚嘅係,所有湯同餸大約20 mins就上齊,我可以影到好少有嘅“全家福”!
