To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 姊妹生日,一共六位去食小菜,有訂枱嘅,但應該都唔使等位,我哋嗌咗五花茶,味道唔錯,可以推薦好足料嘅五花茶~翹叫咗一個長腳蟹芝士伊麵!勁好食!伊麵味道濃郁,而且口感啱啱好,對於伊麵我都好有要求,因為之前食過其他酒樓嘅龍蝦伊麵,個伊麵真係可以好難食,但呢一間唔單止個長腳蟹超級鮮甜大舊,而且個伊麵都做得好好入味,另外讚嘅就係墨魚咀~炸得幾好食~本身叫咗五個小菜唔夠再叫多個菜~大家食飽飽~$1000頭埋單,正常價格,見到隔籬枱見咗一個好似荔枝樹嘅裝飾,原來係一個蝦球。打卡影相完全一流,下次可以叫!家庭餐聚一大班朋友,適合嚟呢度食飯,而且個店員嘅服務態度非常之好!同我哋有講有笑!幫我哋揸機影相完美笑容,香港就係需要呢啲咁有人情味禮貌嘅態度餐廳!

父親節前,比平時貴很多,叉燒也柴了。墨魚咀保持一貫水準。乳豬中上,半隻$488,太貴。孖寶-美國龍蝦🦞伊麵和加拿大肉蟹粉絲煲,粉絲好入味,其他普通。煎中式牛柳,有驚喜,又熱又嫩又大塊,好好味!個地下黏鞋底very sticky, and many remaining on dishes, should strengthen cleanliness,要加強清潔。宜用熱水加清潔劑洗地。廁所冷氣好凍,不過冇辦法,要去味?

【太子容記小廚:港式大排檔的鑊氣小炒】藏身於太子區的容記小廚,已經開業多年,之前已經聽過好多人介紹過,今次新年團拜揀左呢間餐廳黎試下,同屋企人第一次黎食,果然鑊氣十足。最有印象係招牌「容記小炒王」將鑊功展現得淋漓盡致,個人超鐘意食腰果,要黎送啤酒堪稱絕配。另外「蒸鱔」又嫩又滑,好入味,好好味其他餸菜不過不失,唯一唔好食既就係「蒸柚皮」口感似蘿蔔,個人覺得麻麻哋不過啲位就好逼,坐得唔舒服8個人,人均消費大概3百元
