To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食了這間酒樓的東西後發現中菜真的好考廚藝,當日點了數道小菜,包括椒鹽脆皮鮮淮山,水煮牛肉,容記第一嘴,拔絲鳳梨咕嚕肉及楊枝甘露。每道菜都足料而且好食,特別想強調一下炸物方面簡直無得彈,從素食椒鹽脆皮淮山及第一嘴已經可見廚藝功駕十足,粉漿鬆脆而內裏餡料質素上盛新鮮,准山咬下的黏滑感與鬆脆炸皮非常匹配。而第一嘴方面,肉質非常彈牙有口感,墨魚肉能有這樣的彈性必須要有足夠新鮮及厚肉才能在炸起時保持爽彈!而水煮牛肉及咕嚕肉亦是非常鑊氣感,水煮牛肉非常辣,大約是地獄等級的香~最後的甜品楊枝甘露,真的是怕辣的一個救贖,沙田柚肉一梳梳的,奶香濃郁感覺好快樂的一餐! continue reading
