To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 友人約吃飯,一定要吃容記,我過海吃小抄,很有誠意呢!容哥第一嘴墨魚嘴,炸的很入味,外脆的,也很有咬口。口感很好,吃到停唔到口,一口連著一口,好吃到不行。乳豬乳豬皮脆,肉很嫩,只是切得很大塊,吃得時候,斯文不來,肉加上調教好的醬料,是一流的配搭。黑椒薯仔和牛粒薯仔是先炸過的,所以特別香,黑椒的味道剛剛好,不會很辣,而又很好吃,我們忍不住叫了2碗飯,很好送飯的菜,不吃飯感覺很奇怪,牛煮得剛剛好,又不老,味道很烈,配飯剛剛好,不會浪費那些牛肉汁。花膠竹笙紀子炒淮山花膠很淋,整個煮法我挺欣賞的,要回了食物本身的味道,清淡的菜式,淮山爽口,還是第一次吃到淮山這種煮法的。很特別,很好味。非常享受的一個晚上。

花膠竹笙紀子炒淮山
花膠很淋,整個煮法我挺欣賞的,要回了食物本身的味道,清淡的菜式,淮山爽口,還是第一次吃到淮山這種煮法的。很特別,很好味。
