Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於收工時間都比較夜,喺公司附近想搵間一大班人坐得舒服,除左火鍋之外其實選擇唔多。有朋友生日,諗左好耐食乜好,其中有朋友提議不如去公司附近嘅容記小炒王。呢個名令我諗番起自己都曾經幫襯過深水埗店,但後來聽聞結業重開已經轉過手,冇再食過。今次去到太子店,係之前老闆容哥重出江湖主理。我地預早訂左位,同埋預留左冬瓜盅、雞湯翅,因為呢兩款如果唔預先留,係冇得食的。一行10人,仲另外叫左七、八款小菜,宵夜時間都唔想食得太飽。雞湯翅:翅嘅份量都算多,而且湯入面都見到有隻老雞,湯味濃郁,唔會太鹹,亦都有起膠嘅感覺,十個人每人一碗冬瓜盅:size比較迷你,比起一般出面食嘅冬瓜盅,湯料唔算好多,飲落都幾清潤,每人一碗,都算抵飲啦只外都幾推介椒鹽豆腐,外皮炸得香脆,但裡面嘅豆腐保持嫩滑,要襯熱食呢度嘅燒腩亦係出名,腩嘅肥瘦比例均勻,外皮好脆口,上枱時仲係熱,所以入口都唔會乾柴,而仲有肉汁保留,好食容記小炒王:有韭菜花、腰果、銀魚仔、蝦乾等材料,炒起黎都幾惹味,令人忍唔住食完一口接一口,送啤酒更加好食豉椒炒花甲:花甲都幾大隻啦,肉脹卜卜,乾淨冇沙。焗蠔:蠔都幾大隻,先用炸漿炸起,再回煲仔焗,味道入哂蠔中,而且
