今日同企鵝朋友🐧🐧收工去左食銷魂麵舖,平時lunch 已經見到好多人排隊,今日夜晚終於可以有時間試下啦🤣🤣!🌟 清燉三寶 (牛肉片+牛筋+牛腱) 配 麻辣滷豆腐🌟 麻辣三寶(牛肉片+牛筋+牛腱) 配 麻辣滷豆皮湯底方面🍜🍜: 唔食辣既朋友仔可以揀食清燉湯底,拌面可以選擇走辣,面質煙煙韌韌,口感唔錯。麻辣湯底預設為微辣🌶️,辣度啱啱好,唔會到好辣,湯底都有麻辣湯獨有既香味。牛肉🐮🐮: 牛肉片肥瘦啱啱好,唔會太多肥肉,牛筋都好冧同入味,重有膠質既感覺,可以好好補充下骨膠原🤣🤣配埋個肉汁,酸酸地十分開胃。配菜: 滷豆腐同滷豆皮都十分入味,可以食到麻辣味。小食: 高湯津白🥗🥗+ 滷水雞翼🐥🐥食左禁多肉,都要有個菜作搭配,先飲食均衡。雞翼都有滷水味,唔會過鹹,調味剛剛好。飲品: 白桃烏龍 ☕️☕️+ 茉香綠茶🍵🍵茶飲非常解膩,茶味帶有清香,配面食十分合適。

出到嚟太古行街搵野食,見到呢間多人排隊於是就來試吓。來自台灣過江龍牛肉麵,餐廳裝修簡潔環境乾淨,坐位就不算寬敞。吃完整體覺得一般,唔值呢個價位😬💚清燉牛筋+牛肉片+銷魂麵(走辣) $108跟配麻辣滷鴨血 💚清燉三寶(牛肉片、牛筋、牛腱)+銷魂麵 $118跟配麻辣滷豆腐-銷魂麵 (辣或不辣都可以)麵的質感不錯 煙韌彈牙-半熟蛋 正常,可以再好啲-清燉牛筋+牛肉片+ 牛腱牛肉沒想到是肥牛片 味道一般牛筋就夠腍而牛腱就偏硬-湯底調味剛好 入口無油膩感 有牛味嘅香另外有需要可以加湯-而跟配嘅醬汁酸酸地都幾好味-麻辣滷鴨血 唔太入味 不會覺得辣-麻辣滷豆腐還算入味 不會覺得辣🌟Encore 指數:5.0/10——————————————————————Total HK$248.6 (包括10%服務費)2人

餐廳裝潢簡約,帶有台灣傳統小店的風格。座位雖然不算寬敞,但整潔乾淨。 麻辣三寶牛肉麵湯頭濃郁,帶有淡淡的醬油香和辛香料的層次感,喝起來溫暖且不膩口。湯底的鹹度剛剛好,不會過鹹,適合喜歡重口味但又不想負擔太重的人。 牛肉塊大且厚實,燉得軟嫩入味,幾乎入口即化。牛筋部分也處理得很好,Q彈有嚼勁,充滿膠質感。 麵條是手工拉麵,粗細適中,咬下去有彈性且能充分吸附湯汁,口感非常滿足。 搭配的酸菜和青蔥增添了清爽感,平衡了湯頭的濃郁。 清燉牛肉麵清燉湯頭清澈但味道鮮美,帶有淡淡的牛肉香和蔬菜的甜味,適合喜歡清淡口味的食客。 同樣是厚切牛肉,但因為清燉的關係,牛肉的原味更加突出,口感依然軟嫩。 與紅燒牛肉麵相同的手工拉麵,搭配清燉湯頭更顯麵條的麥香。

同姪仔搵食,想搵間快靚正,見呢間唔駛排隊,就入左黎食。食物呢度餐牌主要喺分辣同唔辣,我地各樣一個。覺得個撈麵係幾好味幾有咬口,但都有小小辣架,怕辣嘅人可能就要同返店員講聲走辣。一個餐主要有三樣野——麵、湯牛肉、配菜,至於點樣食,就要靠自己睇下檯角果啲好細粒嘅字。如果唔夠眼力睇,其實都可以按自己喜好食,將湯筆落麵又得,將麵筆落湯食又得。服務同今時今日好多鋪頭一樣,明明QR Code自己落單,你冇同店員講過幾多句,水又冇,但都係要比加一服務費。環境檯同檯之間都係好近,靠牆坐的話就可以放野喺長椅。打對面果個就冇椅背,老友記就唔係好啱坐。試一次冇壞,唔好抱好高期望就得,再返黎食就未必啦,因為都覺得唔係好值三位數。

I was told there’s a new Taiwanese beef noodles place in Taikoo☺️and my friend seems to really like this place. I was skeptical at first but I get it why she heart it😋their spicy beef noodles is pretty decent. I love the richness of their beef broth and it match pretty well with the noodles. The quality of the noodles is also pretty impressive, it felt fresh☺️the brisket is also very enjoyable. On the other hand my friend prefer the clear broth cos she can’t do spicy. But her clear broth noodles is more like tsukemen. Think that’s also the reason why the texture of the noodles is more significant but I reckon overall, clear broth noodles is a tad bland for my liking🤪
