今晚約朋友去咗灣仔中華小館食飯,位置超級近地鐵站,就算落雨都唔怕。我都幾鍾意食中菜又鍾意飲湯,當然叫番返個靚湯,海底椰川貝燉鱷魚肉,以及紫砂功夫燉湯每日都唔同,用杯飲湯好方便,又好有特色,兩個湯都清甜潤喉。乾逼拆蟹肉粉絲煲,吾洗拆蟹肉當然方便,熱辣辣上枱,鮮甜的蟹肉配大大煲粉絲,加埋蟹籽,飽肚又滿足。半隻芝麻鹽焗雞份量也不少,皮脆肉嫩又香口。食咗咁多肉,配番蒜蓉炒時蔬就更完美。養生桂花淮山,充滿桂花的香氣,跟淮山味道好夾,原來淮山都可以是甜品。
