啫啫芥蘭:一放上枱,即刻傳來陣陣香氣,用砂鍋裝住既傳氣又耐熱,芥蘭配以蝦乾肉末,真正夠曬鑊氣!

翡翠炒帶子蝦仁
不過不失,味道雖然清淡,但西芹炒得脆綠,蝦仁爽,帶子鮮甜! ‎

惹味酸菜魚
大大鍋,裏面放了很多酸菜和魚,還有最惹味的花椒,味道帶點微辣,酸酸辣辣,確實令人食指大動🤣🤣 ‎

今日係灣仔中華小館試一試炒菜 。入面燈光明亮,室內設計一派中華氣息,加上一幅幅璧畫更顯風味。脆皮鳳梨咕嚕肉外皮鬆脆,祼滿酸甜汁,調味適中,唔會過鹹,梅頭豬肉鬆軟,香味十足。送飯一流。大班兩味蒜蓉蒸斑頭腩蒸得香甜軟熟,但龍躉膠質的特有煙韌性仍然保留。浸滿蒸魚豉油,滿滿魚油膠質淋在白飯上,可謂最佳食法。翡翠炒斑球魚球唔會炒到過淋,肉質仍然有彈性,加上煎過魚皮,使斑球更加香濃,西蘭花更吸滿魚油,更加香甜。啫啫芥蘭上菜時渣渣聲,芬香撲鼻,鍋子仍留在餘溫。使蝦米與豬肉碎的香味滲在芥蘭上,又是一個偷飯小菜。
