At Mandarin Oriental Macau, Vida Rica Restaurant has been so far my favourite restaurant serving both Chinese and Western cuisines.Coming back to this elegant place where is cleverly sectioned into individual dining area and tables next to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, it contains a great intimacy, and still having delicate presentation and modesty in their dishes.During the afternoon, their lunch menu is broken into a Chinese business set lunch and an European executive business set lunch
Coming back to this elegant place where is cleverly sectioned into individual dining area and tables next to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, it contains a great intimacy, and still having delicate presentation and modesty in their dishes.
During the afternoon, their lunch menu is broken into a Chinese business set lunch and an European executive business set lunch, covering a dim sum platter and a starter, main course and starch, finishes with desserts respectively.
We are first served with fresh-baked bread assortment along with plain or spiced butter.
