Our one-day trip ends at Kafka, the most renowned dessert places in Macau. Their homemade French pastries are always amazing and beyond perfection in terms of the taste, the restaurant is comfortable but packed.Cairo Time, a chocolate pyramid filled with chocolate mousse, coffee cream and hazelnut crunch. Doll, one of the signature cakes, is assembled as a mini croquembouche, with four choux puff on the top and one disc-shaped puff at the bottom. Filled with the praline cream and that light but heavily whipped cream, this is impeccable!
