Went to try out this newly opened restaurant this afternoon which was located on the first floor of Galaxy Macau.

We ordered the strawberries & ricotta, chicken & couscous and spaghetti carbonara! I will start off with the strawberries & ricotta which is basically a simple, delicious and healthy salad served with croutons and honey thyme emulsion. You can taste the crunchiness of the croutons, sweetness of the strawberries and the smooth ricotta with a creamy mild taste and a thick texture which is really appetizing! But my favorite is the chicken & couscous with thin slices of nuts and raisins added to the couscous served with zesty chicken meatballs!

Meanwhile for the drinks. if you're not sure which one to order/you wish to try all the flavors of juices then you can order the fresh pressed flight so you can try a tasting size of all

5 fresh pressed juices. The pressed juice consists of the pear punch (pear, orange, grapefruit), energizer (apple, carrot, ginger), refresher (watermelon, lemon, mint), beet it (beetroot, carrot, raspberry) and 5 greens (green apple, celery, green bell pepper, cucumber, bitter melon)! Besides of the fresh pressed flight, we order the banana power as well which is a banana smoothie mixed with hemp seeds and dates!

It is a really comfortable place to dine at and if you're in a rush, you can have the grab-and-go as well which is really convenient! Besides, they have a dessert area where you can buy different types of cakes, cookies etc and a retail area where you can purchase tea, stationary etc.
