We stayed at Grand Hyatt during our Macau trip. We arrived in Macau just before dinner time, so we decided to check-in first and then head down to Beijing Kitchen for dinner. When entering the dining area, we saw a man frying tea leafs by hand, and we sat on the table right by the door, so we couldn't see the decor inside the restaurant. From what we can see, the restaurant was nicely decorated, the lighting was soft, and service was good.

Upon checking the menu, we ordered a soup, the famous 北京烤鴨, some steamed dumplings, and a dessert platter to share.
Around 10-15min after ordering, a chef rolled out a cart with the 北京烤鴨 and started peeling the duck skin in front of us. I haven't seen this for a long time because most restaurant did this procedure in the kitchen. The chef served 2 plates of duck skin and 2 plates of skin with meat. The duck skin is very crispy however it taste a little bit 'so' when eating the duck fat. The duck meat was very tender as well. It would be great if they can provide more crepe because at the end we finished all the crepes but there are still a lot of duck skin and meat left.
