We were so lucky to have been able to make a reservation at this restaurant before it became viral after a local YouTube channel featured this restaurant. I’ve never been to a place where it literally turned away 30 people during our dining time because of their full booking! Reading the other openrice reviews, it does seem like many have been disappointed at the slow response rate of the restaurant. However, I think we need to be understanding that it is a small family run restaurant which probably did not foresee the sudden increase in demand after being featured. Being able to diner here, we decided to go for all the specialty that was recommended. The set lunch was under $200 for an appetizer, main and a drink. Both of the mains we ordered - slow roasted free range chicken and slow-braised beef cheek had us finishing the dishes to the very last tiny bite. The sauce that accompanied the beef cheek was finished as though it was soup, it was that good!!!😍😍 I would seriously want to drink it as soup. At first, I wanted to try the foie gras with the apple that was highlighted as a signature dish, but it was unfortunately out of stock. We were still able to add on foie gras onto our mains, but thought it was nothing too special without that apple as a pairing that we really wanted to try! To end the meal, we pre-ordered the mao-tai cheesecake which also had a very interesting twist to it, combining local flavours with a basic western dessert. It reminded me of a rum raisin dessert. Booked a table for 3 during weekday lunchtime. Parked the car by Tai Mei Tuk Village metered car park. The restaurant was 4 minutes walk away. Food wise it was surprisingly excellent and value for money. Not sure why they don’t charge more given the food quality. The free range chicken was juicy, miso cod well marinaded. Only the beef cheek had a bit too much sauce though it was tender. For dessert, we ordered a moutai cheese cake, the cake especially the raisins were soaked in the liquor which was really tasty. The cheese cake wasn’t too sweet either. Coffee and tea was served, coffee was surprisingly good. 繼續閱讀

食物質素高不在話下,光是看他們的訂位已經在三個月後,就已經曲線證明咗佢嘅口碑。最重要係,餐廳每一位員工服務態度一流,就算Walk in或者電話WhatsApp訂位食檸檬,都有一種窩心的感覺。除了食物品質高,佢嘅調味先至係冇辦法喺屋企複製的程度,比100個讚👍🏻每一次都見到佢熟悉的餐牌,但每一次佢都會俾到驚喜你,因為佢哋會揀選時令的食材,每次介紹菜單,佢哋都會介紹今日最好的食材給你,所以每次食同一款菜式,經驗都不一樣! 繼續閱讀

今日booked 平日食,開頭見comment 好多劣評都有少少怕,但再睇返好多劣評都係假期或sat n sun.今晚二人食左dinner set x2 Appetizer 純蟹肉伴青瓜(一啖放入口)鵝肝外脆內creamy 冇騷味 (必試)原味cheese cake + 熱碟 溶溶地 少少軟,好味茅台cheese cake (酒味濃,香氣)會再約朋友平日食Ps 車位只有門口一個,我地17:5x 到,好彩泊到,其後車再黎已經要泊遠性價比高嘅餐廳,上菜速度勁快,一收完碟就接住下一碟係環境有d 似喺冰室食西餐嘅感覺,或者坐戶外會好少少,但夏天怕有蚊🤣 繼續閱讀
