疫情後旅行第一站-澳門。三日兩夜嘅旅程當然食咗唔少嘅地道美食啦。但當中最令我驚喜及難忘嘅係Mr Beer❣️ 話說,本來諗住同朋友搵個地方飲嘢歇腳,就路過一間叫做Mr.Beer嘅酒吧。店內酒吧格局,地方不算大但舒適,朋友三人分別order左兩支手工啤(紅桑子及水蜜桃啤酒,酒嘅度數不高,易入口冇藥水味,下次會再encore❣️😋)仲有一支汽水。坐咗陣,眼見到店內有好多外賣嘅order, 而且香氣撲鼻,於是就攞個餐牌嚟睇吓,原來除咗有手工啤,仲有小食及主食,心諗有咁多人order味道應該唔錯吧😝,所以就叫咗個酸菜魚同埋鹹豬手。一試味道果然冇令人失望🤩秒清食物❣️酸菜魚:調味主要以鮮檸檬、酸菜及新鮮花椒調配,一試就知唔係用「化學調味料」烹調已成,主角魚片大小厚度適中,而且肉質幼嫩香滑無骨👍🏻朋友仲建議order三碗白飯加湯做泡飯一絕🤩就連平日唔食辣嘢嘅朋友,佢都一邊抹鼻涕一邊不停食,就知呢碟酸菜魚有幾咁吸引啦! (其實我哋已經叫咗個小辣㗎啦)😝鹹豬手:賣相吸引,仲配上兩個醬料(泰式辣醫& 芥辣醬)豬手皮脆肉滑多汁,配菜薯角都皮脆內軟,再配上醬汁好味到停唔到口❤🤩🤩眼見餐牌上仲有好多想試嘅美食,留待

This place is a little bit hard to find, but once you get inside, your in for a treat. The food here is delicious and the variety of beer is massive. My favorite part about the food is that it has traditional recognizable flavors but the chef elevates each dish by adding a bit more quality ingredients. I definitely recommend the spicy sour fish soup and the fried oysters. Make sure to make a reservation if your party is pretty big as the place is usually already full by the regulars around 6 or
