Gassan is a new Japanese dining brand launched in November 2021 with theme reflects a ‘theatrical fishing village’ with interior elements of a dockside and a traditional yakatabune houseboat. The interior design is very “zen”, with blinds screening off the dining tables to enhance the sense of privacy.
