The place is not big but space is utilised well and is able to accommodate the afternoon crowd (which is not too big at around 2pm on a Saturday afternoon). Serving time is fast, water is self-service, together with cutlery and sauces. However the young waitresses were very helpful and did not mind going the extra mile. and not to mention, very politely. hope this service standard will be maintained!! the food is splendid. the waffles did not look crispy as mentioned in the menu, but we were shocked by the taste and texture when we tasted our first bite of it. "Looks ARE deceiving" indeed. the waffles are super yummy, coupled with the cream which looked sinfully delicious, the match was perfect. the pancakes were not the common ones we usually taste. they are not sweet, but rather, more of bland. but so soft and so moist, when maple syrup is poured over the pancakes, the taste is heavenly. ( we also experimented around with the cream and other foods... their fries tasted really good when dipped in their cream)!!!
the chicken bites may be a little heavy on flour but overall tasted good too it's always a pleasant start when food served looks exactly like what is shown in the menu... & trust me, RB Tea does live up to that expectation (@ least for our meal)
