Got off work late today and was too lazy to go home and cook. So stopped by central market to grab a meal. Decided i wanted a rice dish and ended up opting for the trotter rice with sotong fish ball chicken soup which costed $80. The trotter was very soft and basically fell off the skin. The egg was also cooked to perfection. I also liked the sauce, but the highlight was definitely the rice which was soo flavourful! It had a nice oily aroma and I gobbled up the dish in no timr
