Yummy food but terrible service

Food is yummy as always, never doubt it. To be honest,  for this quality of food, I don't think they are expensive but they are not cheap for sure! I am just very surprised how their service has gone from excellent to terrible. They really should do something about it. Last time I came was few years ago and it was marvellous, both food and service. However, there was no service at all yesterday. Staff was impatient and rude, we had our hand up for 10 mins and no one saw us (we did waved btw!). F

Forget about the smile, they didn't even listen to us and they walked off before we finished our sentence. You just can't believe how bad the service can be, probably worse than some local " cha chun taan".
