There are 3️⃣ soup 🥣 bases for you to choose from for Shabu Shabu: Sukiyaki, 😍 Spicy miso broth 🌶️ and Black truffle beef bone broth. 🥩
While waiting for the meat to be served, they have a self serve area for you to explore 👀 and get some hot food and refreshing drinks. 🥤 You could try their curry beef 🥘 while waiting. In this area, they also have veggies, 🥬 sausages and ramen/udon! 🍜 Even have some dessert items, e.g ice cream, 🍨 puddings, 🍮 cakes 🍰 for later!
Starting the experience with the pretty 🤩 set of meat, they have a total of 6️⃣ types of meat for you to try. My favourite meat 🥩 is the beef shoulder, so soft with grill ♨️ and so flavourful with the sauce. 🤤
After enjoying the head starter, you could order more skewers 🍡 and meat. 🍖 They have lamb 🐑 and chicken 🐓 that were prepared in different flavours, such as sukiyaki and Korean hot sauce. 🌶️As a lamb lover, I loved ❤️ their lamb that are specifically for shabu shabu! The meat itself will soak in the soup base which I love. 😋
Ended the experience with some dessert, they have apple 🍏 mochi balls which I have not yet seen elsewhere! 🥹
With just $48 HKD more, you could even have sashimi AYCE! 🐟
