My wife and I do not eat outside for a while due the current coronavirus situation. However, we got something to do in Wan Chai and we met 竺扶大班燒味I think it is new opening of 竺扶大班燒味 because the renovation looks new and clean, which gives us extra confident to the restaurant in the current situation. The staff are also nice and alert their personal hygiene. We ordered a 燒鵝併燒腩仔飯 and a 黯然銷魂鴛鴦飯. They are both delicious. The source is special and different from what I used to taste in other restaurant

We ordered a 燒鵝併燒腩仔飯 and a 黯然銷魂鴛鴦飯. They are both delicious. The source is special and different from what I used to taste in other restaurant. The roast pork is grilled to the right level and in the right amount of fat. The roast pork belly and the roast goose are grispy.
Moreover, I have to stress that this restaurant is not stingy in the ingredients and rice. My wife and I both have a very full meal.
This is one of the best 燒味I have ever had.
