Two large pieces of fat eel with a mouth-watering visual and tempting aroma that almost guarantee its savouriness. Tender and soft meat, strong in eel flavour and grilled with charcoal under some sweet seasoning sauce which is a rice stealer. Together with the smooth scrambled egg and some seaweed flakes, each bite becomes so flavourful and satisfying. It earns a high rating from me.
🐓Grilled Terriyaki Chicken with Rice
This dish is also of a higher quality than expected from a small cafe that can’t even accommodate over 10 people. Chicken meat is so tender that I doubt if they even use chicken leg meat. Soaked in sweet and salty terriyaki sauce, though it’s less surprising than grilled eel, still a great dish that worth a try here.
