went on a sunday eve. the wait was very long, over an hour but there's plenty of shopping downstairs and they can call you to come back when the table is ready. the food is supposed to be shipped from japan (a majority) and other locations. most are listed right on the menu, the server can tell you if there are some minor ones not listed. we chose the chicken, the wagyu beef, usda beef, and a bunch of veggies. the soup base (which each person gets the own) was shabu shabu and a herbal one.
